The food is strictly ok and the service is also mediocre. Stopped by while shopping at Bloomingdales. It is a sad little cafe. Doesn't feel warm and there is no natural light at all. Skip it.
I used to eat forty carrots frozen yogurt during lunch break from work when I was in NYC. I am so happy that Chicago has the same frozen yogurt at chicago bloomingdale.You can't beat their creamy smooth delicious frozen yogurt...I like red mango, but still vote for this place.Their coffee, bakery and lunch menus are decent as well.

Love this venue. Mostly because of Jeff and the insanely delicious Frozen Yogurt. I mean OMG!! Generous portion , cool and creamy with fresh toppings !! Jeff is always smiling , completely sincere and worth the trip every time. The menu changes , I haven't tried everything but the homemade soups are always delicious. I recommend you go visit between shopping or just to go!! Ok. Really. Just go... see u there!!
