I order catering from this location once a week for my office and the South Loop team always delivers fresh & warm bagels! Katrina is the best to work with and everyone is always a delight to talk to! THESE ARE THE BEST BAGELS IN CHICAGO!
Yummy bagel sandwiches, but the ordering experience was quite annoying. This weekend indoor dining was closed, so they only had the pick up window. Their online site to order crushed on my friend and they called me 20 min into waiting to say they ran out of the bagel I ordered. Staff was super nice and the hot sauce was bomb, but the ordering process was not fun.
