Saturday 3/23/24 at 6:30pm. First time I’ve had a bad batch of chicken from Any Harold’s. I am 53 years old and have been eating Harold’s since I was a Kid. The professionalism of the woman taking our order was rude and the food was disappointing. I live in the west suburbs and look forward to Harold’s when I come out south where I used to live. I’m highly disappointed and feel cheated.
Their chicken is always fresh when I go and it’s fast even when I get a large party tray. The service people have to put up with a lot but they remain professional and keep the food coming. The cakes are pretty good too.Used to get the 48pc mix but I think they changed it now it’s 50pc wings or dark-only. Be careful now if you order a 50pc make sure you specifics wings or mix because mistakes happen.And I do wish their fries were crispier.
