I sat at the bar for 20 minutes while the bartender ignored me, instead opting to hit on a married woman in front of her husband. Eventually he did throw a menu in my direction as he was cleaning some glassware so, but i wasn’t able to order. I waited another 5 minutes before losing confidence in their ability to get my food before boarding. I wish him well in his romantic endeavors.
Tracy. Watched 2 other employees work properly hard for a good 20 minutes, just standing there doing nothing. Then went to go grab in on the tips on close outs, only to vanish once again when it got busy.Terrible, terrible employee. Needs to go immediately. 100+ people saw this nonsense

Just needed two cups of tea. Ordered through the kiosk and waited our turn. Other customers behind us where receiving their food. Approached the young lady behind the counter, showed her my receipt. She said "just a sec". Eventually brought me one cup of hot water. Reminded her it was two. Brought me the second cup of hot water.. Complete silence. Corporate, please just close this place.
