About il Carciofo

Il Carciofo is a restaurant with wonderful ambiance and great vibes, offering incredible food that is highly recommended. The service is amazing and fabulous, with 5/5 service from start to finish. The menu is impressive, featuring a dairy-free menu for guests with restrictions. Dishes like the MEZZE RIGATONI ALLA AMATRICIANA, anolini, gnocchi, carciofo, supplia, and pane are all delicious, superb, and fantastic. The pane is a surprise star, really fluffy with a fantastic sweet garlic flavor. The gelato for dessert is out of this world and should not be skipped. The drinks are also unique and very tasty. However, the portion sizes are insanely small and expensive, with small portions for the price. It is a family style meal place, but the recommendation of 2-3 dishes per person can lead to a surprisingly expensive meal where guests can leave hungry, as they do not give any bread for the table. Despite the cost and portion size, the food is awesome and everything was great.

Feel like this restaurant is not talked about enough! Every time I go, the food is great. The fried artichoke is amazing. Staff have always been helpful and kind!

Great experience in an enjoyable atmosphere. We had a party of 6, and did the dinner like a shareable small plates approach. Everything was delicious. Get recommendations from your server regarding portion sizes, etc.

Manuel our server is very knowledgeable and very kind, he made the entire experience flawless. With a bigger group of 7 it felt like no wait and just as intimate as a 2 top.
We started with the prosciutto di Parma. And that was just a treat to start the night perfectly made inhouse bread and delicious 30 month cured prosciutto.
Moved on to some ravioli that was a cheesy and perfect.
Now the main the veal porterhouse, stole the show the flavors were crazy topped with prosciutto...read full review
