“This McDonald's is the only one that rotates global menu items from like all the different countries which automatically makes it 5 stars for me. On top of that though, the store is also shockingly spotless and this location had the fastest service I've ever experienced in a McDonalds ever. I got the swiss raclette burger which I loved but is definitely not for everyone, and the spanish mcpops which were also delightful. If you're visiting Chicago I honestly think this place is really worth a stop, and I'll definitely be back again to see which global items make the menu next time“

“Wheelchair accessibility: It's definitely wheelchair accessible.
The checkout lanes, doorways, and allies inside the building are extra wide. I love how you're not close or invading their personal space when passing other customers in person.“

“Omg we came after the club it’s 2am rn it’s soo crowded but the food was fresh I gave it 4 stars instead of lower cause of the security guard and the locked bathrooms. “Everything's fine ... Except for the sauce. Y'all never give me the number of sauces I ordered, and the app does make you pay for them. Now you may be thinking, "now this guy doesn't need all those sauces, it's not a big deal" but let me ask you this, what if I have a little sauce addiction and I'm too ashamed to ask for all that sauce in person so I go in the app and I order my little sauces and then they don't come :(

“Many of the self order kiosks were broken and there wasn’t a person at the counter to order from when I arrived. Kiosk asked for your table number- as if someone was going to bring you your meal- and there’s no way to by pass it or clear instructions that it doesn’t matter what number you enter.“

“Looking at the reviews and going here often I think a good thing to remember is that when we make a mistake it's OK, fix it and move on. Today the young lady at the counter says sugar free French vanilla and I'm like oh no regular please, she looks at my cup, takes it, I wait about 3-4 mins more, she gives me the exact same cup, I taste the sugar free, I'm like OK, so I'll just drink it... but no I can't i don't like the taste, I start getting a headache, I go thru the drive thru now, I get my cup quickly but with very little ice and no vanilla and easy cream. The mentally of punishing the customer because we're aren't happy the first time around will cause sales to go down not up. We already pay too much for everything now we gotta take it the way you made it and not the way I ordered it? No. Not cool. “Beware of the horrible smelling homeless dude that loiters in the doorway as you enter. They claimed they called police but nothing was done. This man smells aweful! When I was homeless, you couldn’t even tell!

This is my go to location. I like how they bring the food to the table. Yesenia is the best!

“I came here this morning, which I never do even though I'm always by it, and service was impeccable. Luis, the manager I'm assuming, was very friendly, very hospitable, and very efficient. The food was fresh and was served to me quickly. The coffee was great not too strong or too hot. Very rarely do I have good experiences with McDonald's but this time definitely set the bar for my future visits. The restaurant itself was very clean including the bathroom. Listen. It’s a nice clean place with good potential. There’s just one factors that make it ehhh

1. The people who eat here. Almost every time I come here there are teenagers who can’t even clean up after themselves. They always trash the place. :/

But don’t get me wrong the employees are super kind. The manager has lots of energy and is very jolly. The employees are also kind about cleaning.

Anyways I would definitely come here again.

(P.S the Krispy Kreme donuts are a bit stale)

“Lovely place to eat out with the family and has really great food. One thing I love is how it still has a spot where you can get your own fountain drinks which I love and the service is decent I usually order from the tablets out there. The atmosphere is good as well not that hard to find seating and has enough seats.“

Their burgers are gourmet, I had a wagyu A5 big mac and a mcchicken from a freshly butchered virgin chicken and of course their Foie gras straight from Provance, France ?? is to die for. They’d make me wait before I place my orden and when I placed my order I’d have to repeat my order more than once, then they’d just make me pull up to the first window, thank God they have my order right, but when I’d get to the second window, they’d want me to pull out and wait for my order and I’d refuse to do it, so when the girl commented this to the manager they’d start to laugh of loud than I’d can hear then even with the closing window and they’d forget to pack butter for my pancakes, what an unprofessional attitude 😡“

“This is a nice McDonalds. It is quick, easy food, and the workers here are among the nicest that I've encountered in fast food. The drive-thru is never too crowded even though it is located on busy Foster Ave. My family and I stop here for breakfast each time we are in Chicago for the day.

Parking: There is a free but small parking lot.

Kid-friendliness: I think this is a good place to stop as a family with kids for a quick meal either on the go or to sit down.

“Service is sometimes slow but the food is still the same great Mcdonald’s menu as any other. Very small building and extremely limited parking space for the amount of customers that visit this restaurant especially after school ends it gets really packed with kids.“

Vegetarian options: There are many vegetarian options on the menu for someone that is used to ordering this way can make tons of choices that are made without meat products!

Dietary restrictions: McDonald's is not the place to go if you have tons of dietary restrictions! However, you can always ask for sugar-free syrup or splenda or any other sugar-free items to eat! If someone's watching their calories there are always ways to add more or less of a condiment to make it healthier! Therefore, McDonald's does cater to many different dietary restrictions!

Parking: I've never had a problem finding parking here!

Kid-friendliness: I would say this McDonald's is safe and kid friendly! During the afternoon would probably be the best time or on a weekend to have a children's party!

Wheelchair accessibility: I did notice that this McDonald's is wheelchair accessible and the bathrooms are as well“

I bought a mcchiken was good not bad , was poor quality because they didn’t put enough lettuce in my sandwich
My fries were undercooked.

Service was fast, expedient, and well managed. Even though it was at a lunch-rush hour. Dude that checked out our orders at the drive-thru window was friendly and polite. Girl who brought us our food to the window was kind, polite, and thorough.
Still out of Sprite, like many other fast food places in our area lately. I don't skimp on the fries even though I use coupons for free Fry-Day Fridays and bundle deals.

“I observed a construction crew at this McDonalds. At approximately 5:15 a.m., a woman jogged past with her dog. I believe it was a Border Collie. One of the men exclaimed, "Whoa, perfect ten!" I soon realized he was referring to the woman, not the beautiful Collie. I asked around and apparently this scale only goes to ten. So she had achieved the top score.“
