The checkout lanes, doorways, and allies inside the building are extra wide. I love how you're not close or invading their personal space when passing other customers in person.“

“Store was clean and food came out quickly and was fresh. I got a big Mac meal with a frappe. The burger wasn't sloppily made or cold at all fries were fresh as well. The cashier was nice and took my order with no problems. And food came out in a timely manner with no issues.“

“Great place for kids. Soft plush carpet and foam underneath and the kids play with just their socks here (shoes must be off and placed in a cubby) so it’s nice like home. It’s clean and the musical instruments make music when they are sat on or pushed or tapped. The life sized instruments are plush and lined w cushion. Nice theme for a McDonalds. Happy meals $4.99 come w a mini croc replica and stickers. Happy meals comes w the toy, a drink (milk, juice, or water), 1 kid fry and choice of double kids fry or apples, and 6 pieces of chicken nuggets or a hamburger. You can make substitutions for up charges. The store is clean and lots of free parking.“
“Sometimes there is some food missing from the order but sometimes they give you extra and things are evened out there. And if you returned because you were missing, time was lost and if you returned them they would already be cold. And they throw them away. The food is better used in the garbage and everything is normal.“

Listen. It’s a nice clean place with good potential. There’s just one factors that make it ehhh
1. The people who eat here. Almost every time I come here there are teenagers who can’t even clean up after themselves. They always trash the place. :/
But don’t get me wrong the employees are super kind. The manager has lots of energy and is very jolly. The employees are also kind about cleaning.
Anyways I would definitely come here again.
(P.S the Krispy Kreme donuts are a bit stale)

“Looking at the reviews and going here often I think a good thing to remember is that when we make a mistake it's OK, fix it and move on. Today the young lady at the counter says sugar free French vanilla and I'm like oh no regular please, she looks at my cup, takes it, I wait about 3-4 mins more, she gives me the exact same cup, I taste the sugar free, I'm like OK, so I'll just drink it... but no I can't i don't like the taste, I start getting a headache, I go thru the drive thru now, I get my cup quickly but with very little ice and no vanilla and easy cream. The mentally of punishing the customer because we're aren't happy the first time around will cause sales to go down not up. We already pay too much for everything now we gotta take it the way you made it and not the way I ordered it? No. Not cool. It's the middle of the day I'm not at home with my coffee maker but I'll carry a second cup if it'll avoid having to spend $3 for a bad cup of coffee. “Everything's fine ... Except for the sauce. Y'all never give me the number of sauces I ordered, and the app does make you pay for them. Now you may be thinking, "now this guy doesn't need all those sauces, it's not a big deal" but let me ask you this, what if I have a little sauce addiction and I'm too ashamed to ask for all that sauce in person so I go in the app and I order my little sauces and then they don't come :(

“A favorite spot in South Loop. Unbeatable patio. Healthy salads that actually taste great. I got the summer melon salad and it was so filling. Wheat berries were a nice addition.

The employees in this McDonald’s have great attitudes, the place is kept immaculate, and it is connected to the McDonald’s corporate headquarters. This is an incredibly nice McDonald’s. The prices are comparable to go into a typical McDonald’s as well. That said, quality of service, the atmosphere, and even the food is a much higher quality.“

“I came here this morning, which I never do even though I'm always by it, and service was impeccable. Luis, the manager I'm assuming, was very friendly, very hospitable, and very efficient. The food was fresh and was served to me quickly. The coffee was great not too strong or too hot. “I have been coming here the past couple weeks 5x a week to study. It is honest to goodness the cleanest and friendliest McDonalds in Chicagoland area or anywhere for that matter. I forgot to bring a pen a few times and Dee (a manager there) always was super kind in letting me borrow a pen and letting me borrow a table for a couple hours. Service was fast, expedient, and well managed. Even though it was at a lunch-rush hour. Dude that checked out our orders at the drive-thru window was friendly and polite. Girl who brought us our food to the window was kind, polite, and thorough.
Still out of Sprite, like many other fast food places in our area lately. I don't skimp on the fries even though I use coupons for free Fry-Day Fridays and bundle deals.

“This is a nice McDonalds. It is quick, easy food, and the workers here are among the nicest that I've encountered in fast food. The drive-thru is never too crowded even though it is located on busy Foster Ave. My family and I stop here for breakfast each time we are in Chicago for the day.

Vegetarian options: There are many vegetarian options on the menu for someone that is used to ordering this way can make tons of choices that are made without meat products!
Dietary restrictions: McDonald's is not the place to go if you have tons of dietary restrictions! However, you can always ask for sugar-free syrup or splenda or any other sugar-free items to eat! If someone's watching their calories there are always ways to add more or less of a condiment to make it healthier! Therefore, McDonald's does cater to many different dietary restrictions!
Parking: I've never had a problem finding parking here!
Kid-friendliness: I would say this McDonald's is safe and kid friendly! During the afternoon would probably be the best time or on a weekend to have a children's party!

“During Saturday errands, we stopped at McDonald's (Fullerton @ Central) for a quick lunch. McDonald's prides itself on consistency of their food and pretty much hit the mark. They had six kiosks there and we used one to order BUT could not pay at the kiosk and had to wait for the counter help with our ticket (should've just went to the counter in the first place). I wanted the new Smokey BLT Quater Pounder but they were out of stock :-( OK I went with Chicken nuggets, I wanted the new special garlic sauce but they were out of stock :-( The restaurant was clean and the dinning room well maintained. McDonald's is getting rid of self-service drinks by 2032, and this location is ahead of the curve (see my photo). Refills at this location are available at the counter, but some locations may start charging.“

“Ordered 3 McCrispy Bacon Deluxe Meals on separate orders for the office on my request, and only one order had bacon and another missing bacon and another ingredient. It takes too much time to check every order and have to send it back. This is not the first time, but the last time to think or hope multiple orders will be satisfactory.“

“I recently stopped by here for food before my flight back home. Little bit pricey but that’s expected for airport food. I had asked for no ice in my drink but received ice, I understand because it was very busy so no complaints here. Ricky was very helpful and kind in assisting me and making sure to get me my drink without ice. Definitely will be coming back here on my next visit to Chicago.“

Parking: The location for parking is really good no issues“
“Went to try out the "Global" menu. Got the 280 Dijon(France)burger on a brioche bun. It would have been better w/o the American cheese. The 1 slice of Swiss was enough. The Masala fries(India) came with a separate seasoning packet. The lemon McFlurry ( Denmark) came with tiny cookies in the mix. This was pretty good. Not usually, McD eater just wanted to try.
Overall, ok, probably better if eaten right away while hot, I took it home. Would stop in again if in the area to dry the other 4 items on the global menu.
