“Beware of the horrible smelling homeless dude that loiters in the doorway as you enter. They claimed they called police but nothing was done. This man smells aweful! When I was homeless, you couldn’t even tell!

“Went during lunch, used the app. There must have been 50 school age kids inside, not ordering. The manager was polite, yet firm to the kids to get them to leave. As I was stuck in the back and couldn't make it to the pick up window, she noticed my struggle and asked my number, which she personally brought to me. “Everything's fine ... Except for the sauce. Y'all never give me the number of sauces I ordered, and the app does make you pay for them. “Many of the self order kiosks were broken and there wasn’t a person at the counter to order from when I arrived. Kiosk asked for your table number- as if someone was going to bring you your meal- and there’s no way to by pass it or clear instructions that it doesn’t matter what number you enter.“

Vegetarian options: There are many vegetarian options on the menu for someone that is used to ordering this way can make tons of choices that are made without meat products!

Dietary restrictions: McDonald's is not the place to go if you have tons of dietary restrictions! However, you can always ask for sugar-free syrup or splenda or any other sugar-free items to eat! If someone's watching their calories there are always ways to add more or less of a condiment to make it healthier! Therefore, McDonald's does cater to many different dietary restrictions!

Parking: I've never had a problem finding parking here!

Kid-friendliness: I would say this McDonald's is safe and kid friendly! During the afternoon would probably be the best time or on a weekend to have a children's party!

Wheelchair accessibility: I did notice that this McDonald's is wheelchair accessible and the bathrooms are as well“

Listen. It’s a nice clean place with good potential. There’s just one factors that make it ehhh

1. The people who eat here. Almost every time I come here there are teenagers who can’t even clean up after themselves. They always trash the place. :/

But don’t get me wrong the employees are super kind. The manager has lots of energy and is very jolly. The employees are also kind about cleaning.

Anyways I would definitely come here again.

(P.S the Krispy Kreme donuts are a bit stale)

“I have all of my expectations of the usual McDonald's experience smashed on Kedzie and Wilson. What a phenomenal staff dedicated to outstanding service. I had a few hiccups on some breakfast runs earlier in the week and after just mentioning my experience to a manager they came to recover my perspective on them. “Looking at the reviews and going here often I think a good thing to remember is that when we make a mistake it's OK, fix it and move on. Today the young lady at the counter says sugar free French vanilla and I'm like oh no regular please, she looks at my cup, takes it, I wait about 3-4 mins more, she gives me the exact same cup, I taste the sugar free, I'm like OK, so I'll just drink it... but no I can't i don't like the taste, I start getting a headache, I go thru the drive thru now, I get my cup quickly but with very little ice and no vanilla and easy cream. The mentally of punishing the customer because we're aren't happy the first time around will cause sales to go down not up. We already pay too much for everything now we gotta take it the way you made it and not the way I ordered it? No. Not cool. It's the middle of the day I'm not at home with my coffee maker but I'll carry a second cup if it'll avoid having to spend $3 for a bad cup of coffee. Thanks for the not so great pick me up cup of coffee. I quit Starbucks for this exact reason, I can quit McDonald's too.“

“I previously left a negative review because consistently the chicken products tasted bitter and faintly burned like they've been left out for too long or the fry oil went bad.

In the recent two visits I went they no longer have this issue. If anyone actually took action to fix this I really appreciate it. But maybe I just got lucky or something this time“

“I love this spot, it's always so interesting. Sometimes you get funny drunks that sing and twerk because it's their birthday, other times you get screaming people that argue about... who knows what. But I think the best part is the guy who comes with his headphones and jams out in the lot with a couple of cold ones. Worst part is that one guy who nods his head for no reason.
