What a hidden gem !! I have been coming here since I moved to Chicago for almost 30 years. My husband and I came here on a Saturday afternoon after the Lunar New Year parade. It's a very small restaurant with about 10 tables. Like many of the other reviews, you don't come here for the cool atmosphere. There's not much to look at. It's very basic, and that's okay! You have to get the marinated duck noodles if you're here. They are very generous with the portions you get in terms of duck and it is well flavored. This is one of those dishes I would call comfort food and I picture myself coming back again and again in the winter. My mum got the shrimp fried rice and it was delicious as well.
