I went into potbelly today expecting a chill relaxed atmosphere like i typically get and found out I chose to come on a day when there was a promotion and several catering orders. The staff was VISIBLY working their absolute hardest and pumping out what looked like around 100 sandwiches, but they were so friendly and helpful and were joking and laughing with us while we ordered our sandwiches.
