I highly recommend picking a different spot for order ahead. Like it’s just a subway. Not sure what’s going on that makes this particular location so frustrating, but don’t expect to get your order right or to be acknowledged by the staff. Make sure you check that you have the right items in your bag and the correct sizes.
The subway on Diversey is a better bet and it’s not that far.

The guy at the front was really chill and calm. I asked for the meal of the day and I really liked it. Simple, fast, and satisfying I loved it. I would just suggest cleaning the tables more often since there were crumbs left around, but other than that everything was cool.
