“Best bakery in Cicero! Love the Family the son Alex is extremely nice and helpful!! They have the freshest baked goods around hands down!!! It was by far the best danish I’ve ever had. My wife got a chocolate cupcake because it was our anniversary and she loved it! Our baby Benny got a m&m cookie and ate every last crumb. We also had shares donut and it was beyond fresh. We have family in the area so we’ll definitely be coming back soon. We even told our family about the bakery it was so goooood!!!! You have customers for life with us! The glaze technique poking and soaking, so flavor infuses rather than just sitting on top means you get even moisture and flavor from edge to center, no dry bites. i will be going to pookie crack cakes again .“

“I ordered my son’s Golden Birthday cake from Cakes and beyond and did everything from out of town. Anna was very easy to work with and did absolutely everything I wanted. Her communication is Great. I had her deliver it to the restaurant we were going to celebrate and when she dropped it off she texted me to let me know it was there. The cake was Beautiful and better than I expected. It was very delicious and everyone around us was saying how nice it was and asked where I got it from. These cakes are worth every penny!“

“This is my favorite place to order a birthday cake. You can customize outer cake layout with extra charge. I had their mango passion flavor mille layer cake for my dad's birthday. My dad loves it very much as the cake is not that sweet and beautifully layered at the inner of the cake. It tastes a mixture of mango passion flavor with a pitch of salty. The mille layer cake is a bit expensive but worth a try. Last two months, I ordered taro mochi chiffon cake for my mom's birthday. It is also not sweet and has a chewy mochi layer with taro paste and cream. I like the combination of the mochi with the chiffon cake together.“

“Alliance Bakery is the best! We got our wedding, rehearsal dinner, and bridal shower cakes from them, and we received so many compliments on the taste! They also looked so great. The planning process was smooth as well, and I think their prices were pretty affordable compared to other bakeries in Chicago. “We got there right when they opened, first ones in. The place was nice and quiet, with that strong ice cream smell right away. The girl helping us was really friendly and welcoming.

I kept it simple and got chocolate ice cream in a waffle cone. The cone was dipped in chocolate, which honestly made it way better. That extra layer added a nice crunch and more sweetness with every bite.

The ice cream itself was smooth and rich, classic chocolate. I also added pecans, and that was a good call. The nuttiness paired really well with the chocolate, gave it a nice balance and a little crunch too.

“Cold Stone Creamery on Ohio St. is a great spot to satisfy your sweet cravings! The ice cream is rich, creamy, and customizable with tons of fun mix-ins. The staff was friendly and worked quickly even though it was busy. The store can get a bit crowded, especially on weekends, but the quality makes it worth the wait. Prices are a little high, but the portions are generous. Overall, a delicious treat and a nice experience.“
