My first visit to Grounded was absolutely delightful! This place has such a cute and inviting atmosphere – it's truly a whole vibe that I instantly fell in love with. From the moment I walked in, I felt incredibly comfortable and welcomed.
The staff were wonderful, too. For the most part, everyone I encountered was genuinely friendly and accommodating, which really added to the positive experience. The cafe mocha I ordered was excellent and my breakfast burrito was fresh with real ingredients and didn’t taste generic. I will definitely stop by again anytime I’m in the area“

“Cream of mushroom soup is good. Home made soups are good. The breaded tenderloin sandwich with mashed potatoes was good. Showed up a bit weird though. The breaded tenderloin was on top of the bread with mashed potatoes and gravy to the side. The entire dish was then covered in brown gravy. There was no way possible to make a sandwich, but I cut it all up together and ate it as a mix. It was still good.“

“Beverly Bakery has become a MUST every time we are in the area! The food is incredible, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is so friendly. The crème brûlée French toast with strawberries is easily the BEST French toast I have everrrrrr had! I love the fresh brewed coffee and the wide selection of coffee beans to take home that they will even grind up for you. I would recommend giving Beverly bakery a try to anyone looking for a great breakfast in the area.“

I do see how busy they are and I completely understand it's out of their control on how busy it gets, but I hope it does get better. “My mom,me and my husband come here often. It's always fantastic. The waitresses r so sweet. We just love,Jamie,Lori,Michelle,kyston,Tina,Angela,. And the hostess r sweet too. We love Sam,but don't know the other ones names sorry. Food is usually on point. We love the soups too. We always get treated well. That's why we keep coming back. Wish they would be open for dinner. “I’m giving this dunkin a 3 in food/service because I ordered a bagel on my way to work. I asked for a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese on it and the lady in the drive through confirmed. I take out my bagel while I drive and the cream cheese isn’t on it and it’s not veggie, they gave me plain. So you want me to spread my own cream cheese, cool. Now what about a knife to spread it? No knife in the bag. You can’t even call to express your frustration because their number doesn’t work.“

“I ordered an iced coffee and was given no sugar and asked for 3 packages I have hypoglycemia. I ordered a grande and was given a venti instead. I do not recommend this Starbucks if you have hypoglycemia. New Lenox doesn't like to think hypoglycemia exists just diabetes. I will never ho back there again for an iced coffee. I never had this problem in Junction City, Kansas. Heroin addicts rule New Lenox I'm 1 of 8 women in Will County who have never done it and never will. Again will never buy iced coffee from here hypoglycemia again does not exist to New Lenox residents“

“Excited to try the empanadas at Empanadus in Homewood on Ridge Road. It is a nice cafe and eatery offering a variety of empanadas for all dietary needs. They are served very warm and the type of empanada is branded into the outside crust. They are a good sized portion and the filling can be tasted with each bite. I bought a variety and it was easy to identify which one was beef, sausage, spinach, vegan, etc. they also offer a variety of coffees too. Would definitely suggest you give it a visit.“

“What a phenomenal addition to the Homewood/Flossmoor area!! Completely blew us away with the very best coffee (hot, flavorful, delicious) and killer scones! It is so nice to have a new, exceptional-quality spot for coffee and pastries. The atmosphere is so charming, you could be there all day. We sat at a high top but there are sofas, counter service , and standard tables. We were told a wine/beer selection is expected in October. Forgive my enthusiasm, but rarely does a new place meet and exceed expectations. Can't wait till my next visit!“

“I went to Tinley park Schoop’s for the 1st time just over a month ago and have been back weekly since. The food, service and cleanliness of the restaurant is outstanding. The women who works there is great. The restaurant gets very crowded at lunch and the service was still outstanding. I will be a regular customer I have recommended to my family and friends.“

“I love this place. It is the only place I want to get Dunkin Donuts. Everywhere else is just pretending to serve coffee. Customer service is excellent. For the most part they don't have you pulling around to bring your order- because that's nonsense. For as long as they keep serving coffee and moving as fast as they do, I will be waiting in line!“

“Mobile order pickup service is great. Every Mon-Fri morning on the way to work via Metra rail in metropoltan chicago, I make my mobile order about 5 mins from the final stop. The order is ready in 12-15mins.“

They always get my drink right and are speedy through the drive thru. I specifically know Patty by name, and she is extra lovely, but so is everyone else in the drive thru! Always happy to see the crew there.“
