“I love this new Dunkin’ drive thru location paired with the new Food N’ Fuel on Route 6. This Dunkin has an express order kiosk when I get to the front counter so that I can choose to order with a traditional smiling crew member or I can order on the fast new digital kiosk. I love how Dunkin has better integrated the app with the new stores, it’s so simple to order via the app and pickup my order in the super fast drive thru or in the mobile pickup area inside. The crew is so kind and welcoming. Just tried some Dunkin Midnight coffee, just enough strength and smoothness to get me through the day. I can’t wait to get my daily Iced Coffee and their new sandwiches are delicious!“

“I ran in for a large coffee, and I was very happy with it. It seems to me that this Dunkin' is family owned and ran smoothly like a well-oiled machine. I watched the girl make my drink and 3 others like she could do this stuff blindfolded. It was hot, fresh, and tasted great. The restaurant itself was clean, busy, and fully stocked. When I'm in the area, I'll definitely return.“

“I get my coffee there most mornings and sometimes on Sunday. Today I want to give kudos to two employees. My family sat at one table and spilled our large coffee. They were both so kind and immediately attentive. Wemovede to another table, and we spilled the other coffee again, and both of the employees with a smile came to our rescue. NEVER made us feel embarrassed and cleaned the other area quickly. The thing lady made sure I got my coffee. And the young man mopped and cleaned the floor with a smile towards us. I didn't get their names, but I'm sure they remember us. I hope they know I am forever grateful for their kindness. They will never know how meaningful that was.“

“I liked this dunkin a bit more than the rest. The workers were polite and well prepared. I have to give probs to the young lady who made our banana split because it looked and tasted perfect. I did order extra food after to help some people in need and none of the workers judged them or us for helping these people. A father and daughter in need of food and hydration walked in after my hubbie invited them and we talked for a little bit before we went on our way. None of the staff made a comment or complaint. They just accepted us and the people in need.

Vegetarian options: There are many vegetarian options and even if a sandwich or item has meat you can choose to remove or substitute it. My go to is the avocado toast and veggie egg white bites.“

“Most coffee shops just give your coffee and go. This dunkin has employees that care. They make sure they have a smile on their faces and that your order is correct and they go above and beyond with their service! I would definitely recommend this dunkin 🤗“

“Very fast to get you morning fix! If you like hot chocolate and Oreos, you have to try the Oreo Hot Chocolate! It is just heaven in your mouth.. Also have to try the Mint Hot Chocolate most locations don't seem to have the mint flavor but if you get lucky I would try it! 1 last recommendation is doing a half Oreo half Mint. Words can't describe... Excellent service. Always either in and out or fly right thru the drive thru.“

“I called the Dunkin’ Donuts on Haven last night to See if they had any DIY decorating donut kits. I know they had done it in the past for Halloween so I thought it would be fun for the kids to make Christmas donuts. I Wanted it to be a present from their elf on the shelf. I talked to an employee named Jesse. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. He asked me if I could call him back in a half an hour because he needed to call the manager and ask if he could make one for us. I called him back later and he said that he could make one for us, and that it would be ready in the morning. I went there today with my kids to pick it up and it made their morning! Thank you so much to Jesse and the Dunkin’ Donuts manager for making my kids day today!“

“The donuts were a little stale. I suspect they were day old donuts. We were standing at the counter for a few minutes until somebody actually came and took our order. I asked that the large mocha blast be separated into 2 separate cups. And they didn't do it. I ended doing it myself and created a mess at the table. Overall the experience was ok.“
