“I have not been at a toco bell in 10 years. The very nice person at counter explained each choice and what was inclusive on the meal deals. Could not have been more attentive. After i was informed of choices the lady indicated the inside was closed. She could have not told me anything but to exit the building and use drive thru, however she took the time to explain and answer all of my questions first. I wish i knew her name but if i had a business, i would want her working for me. Toco Bell on Larkin in Joliet/Crest Hill. I took the time to inform the shift manager.“

“There is always a wait. However, I don't mind that because the food is cooked fresh. I am noticing the cook is frying the seafood and chicken too long, causing it to be too hard, tough texture and dried out. The wings and shrimp are not that big. Cook needs to learn how to adjust cooking times accordingly.“

“This is my third time I believe eating here and I am satisfied every time. The fresher you get it, the better it is. Go to for me is always steak tacos corn tortillas. I’ve tried the churro and liked it a lot too. The nachos can use more chips and the fries can be cooked longer, but I always appreciate the convenience so no real complaints“
