“So I visited this place at least three times with a carry out order and customer service was awesome first time. Second I decided to go due to the good food and definitely the customer service, again awesome. Third, I enjoyed my food as always with recommendations from the young lady ( forgot her name). All three times I was either on crutches or knee brace. They were so sweet they helped me with my food to car an even told me to pull up to place and they’ll have my order ready for me! They were very nice to help me and for that I’m grateful. They went above and beyond. They made sure I was taken care of. So I brought my daughter there and she agree with the great customer service. Thank you guy so much. We will see you guys soon.“

“I placed an order to go. Was informed that there was a $3.00 to go charge and a gratuity would be added on the order cause it was over $100.00. After I checked the receipt, $18.35 was the gratuity. I thought it would be maybe $5.00. Very disappointed. Had I known this, I would have come into the restaurant and ate there had them provide me with service. I am a senior and that was definetly not right. I've already instructed my family not to get me gift card from Maple and Jam.“

The food was really good, and that Southwest omelette definitely had a spicy kick 🌶🍳, but it was absolutely delicious! The only thing I wasn’t a big fan of was the style of hash browns. “We had to get up early to bring our car in for servicing and decided to come to First Watch. We had been here in Orland Park two other times before… one was during their grand opening and it was not our favorite place to come to. Sometimes it really comes down to the server and we didn’t really like the service we had. We came back again when it was warmer outside and had a very pleasant experience. But today REEGAN was our server and she knocked it out of the park! I tried the Godfather Bowl and my husband had the Trifecta. I asked Reegan a lot of questions about their various bowl offerings, and she told me what she liked about each one. When she asked me what kind of eggs I wanted, and I said you know whatever works best. I didn’t really care, and she said I would recommend the scrambled eggs because a lot of people think the other ones are too runny with the other items that are in the bowl. She also told me if I didn’t like the scrambled eggs she would substitute something else after I tried them. The sauce that came with the Godfather Bowl is extremely hot. Just a dab is needed. The Italian sausage was grilled well and tasty. I liked the grits served with the dish. While we waited for our food, she brought out warm syrup for my husband‘s pancake and then some compote for him to put on it because he prefers jelly. We both got to-go-cups for our never-ending coffee, and I really liked the sipping spout on the cup. I’m impressed on how clean everything is at this location. I saw another server, clean off the salt and pepper, shakers, etc. off the tables because the restaurant had just basically opened and she was waiting on more customers. Pricing is more reasonable that several local breakfast spots in Orland Park. Next time we come in here, I’m gonna ask for REEGAN; you should too.“

“The Willow Hills Pancake House was one of our favorite places when we lived in the area six years ago. We recently returned to Chicagoland for a wedding and had brunch with some old friends at the new Golden Century Cafe before heading home. We weren't sure what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, the service, and the fresh redecorating by the new owners, Mark and Sandra, since they took over in December of 2025. If you haven't checked out Golden Century Cafe, it would be worth your while to do so. Good food and large servings at a reasonable price.“

“Orland Oasis hit the spot for breakfast. The place was quiet, simple, and laid back. Nothing fancy, just easy to sit down and eat.

The staff was super friendly. They checked in enough but didn’t hover, and they seemed like they actually cared about the people eating there.

I got the Everything Skillet with scrambled eggs. It had peppers, onions, mushrooms, bacon, basically a mix of everything. The veggies still had a little crunch, the bacon was crispy, and the whole thing just tasted good. Big enough to fill me up.

“I always love coming here & frequently do when I want a good hearty meal or bringing friends. We are always kindly greeted & welcomed when arriving. It smells wonderful & makes us more hungry! We are served a cup of soup (gratis) with every meal including breakfast (their soups are delicious). The staff is friendly & always accommodating. Service was exceptional, the waitresses were prompt and I was seated with no wait time.
