The manager talked down and berated customer when he wanted to state a complaint: talked over him, accused him of yelling ( he wasn't) & swearing (nope) with a very condescending attitude. We just left, service was that slow. The dining area was dirty, too, just not up to Portillos standards. We won't be back.“

“I came in tonight and was excited because I’ve been craving a jrito crunch and have been for about 3 years and my buddy Carl told all his fb friends that owner is a previous franchisee of jrs and they have the chil ito which is this same xact indgredients (yes same chili and cheese and same chips as jrito everything was phenomenal came from Thornton which is about a half hour plus drive. So so worth the drive I refused to touch anything til I got home so I could enjoy that first bite. Thank you to the owners for preserving the beautiful food of your past establishment only to bring it to your new establishment! Everything was phenomenal!!!“

Prices on point too, you might can find coupons in the mailers or papers that still circulate but I used to see them in the Value Saver that comes in the mail or the Penny Saver but that's been a while but really not checking for them either lol

Parking: Depends on location have been to almost all but definitely parking for at least 20 or more spacesmaybr.“

“I visited Fitchy's Home of the Hogie yesterday. I purchased the impossible Hogie and fries. The food was absolutely delicious. Much shorter wait time and travel time then going to the Home Of the Hogie in Chicago.“

“1st time myself & husband tried their food since we're pretty new to Burbank. we agreed that the food had a good fresh taste everything was made to order . we also agreed that the beans were just a tiny bit salty but still had great flavor & im not one to really enjoy beans but these were good. the rice was just right and the grilled chicken full of flavor. “There’s nothing to better start your Saturday morning than a good, hearty breakfast and a great tasting cup of coffee: Bailey’s is that place! I pass this restaurant often, yet I’ve never stopped to dine in, until today! I am so glad that I did! The service was truly top notch: from entry to exit! The servers, hostess, and waitresses were polite, friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. I did not have to ask for refills on my coffee, my waitress kept the Java following. I had a guess with me and we both had a hearty, delicious breakfast! I ordered their Denver Skillet: scrumptious to the very end. Not one flavor, overlap the other: each ingredient came together to make for a delicious meal. I love coffee and typically, they aren’t that good at breakfast restaurants. Not the case at Bailey’s. I was able to drink the coffee without any sugar-in-the-raw or dairy. The coffee served here is just plain on good to the last drop! I sat and watch how staff interfaced with each other and the guest: they were excellent! My guest had crepes, with bacon which she fell in love with! The crepes were served with fresh strawberries and crème. She absolutely enjoyed her meal. We both, continued complimenting the food and service. The restaurant was very clean. It didn’t have that “food smell” that can usually be found in other restaurants. The restroom was clean. I always scope out restrooms because I believe if they’re unsanitary, the food preparation might be as well. The restroom was clean and had a fresh smell to it. The entry of the restaurant reminds you of an old country porch: hospitable and inviting. I hope this restaurant maintains its charm and cleanliness, as well as great service and quality food offerings. I will be returning. I don’t understand the negative reviews I see. I can only speak for my experience which was an excellent one. I walked away highly pleased.“

“Chicago's restaurants, beside Family I miss the most....it's our restaurants FOODS that I miss at #2. A real variety and hard for me to like other cities' food when they claim it's a Chicago Dog or Italian Beef...it's always something missing. Please understand, at Maxwell Street Express you walk up to a counter and your standing safely on the sidewalk, now you can choose to stand at the counter & eat your food, but usually we just walk up, order, watch them prepare our food, pay & leave... it's one of many ways Chicago feeds you well. To those who read & follow... when you visit Chicago, make sure you taste the really great food of Chicago or make a trip to visit "THE TASTE OF CHICAGO"“
