Ordered a couple cookies and the Dubai strawberry cup and it’s literally everything! Cookies have the perfect sweetness, a comfort cookie for sure. The Dubai strawberry cup?? I made my husband turn around to get a second cause there was no way I was sharing mine! Dixie was so sweet! She was super informative with the cookie questions we had, and she packed a mean strawberry cup! Shout out to Dixie! Can’t wait for our next trip to Crave. Obsessed with the traveling trainer as well. Over all - cookies and employees are absolutely wonderful!!!“

I still get them on occasion, but they are only a once in a while treat and not something you should be getting every week to try out their rotational menu.

When I went for the first time I needed a seller because this work like self service, they help me and were so kind. Cookies are expensive but so delicious. The store is too small and it’s confuse because there are two lines, one for order and one for pickup, because of the size of the store it’s kind a mess“

“For the best options and variety, it's best to visit earlier in the day, preferably before noon.

They have a wide variety of pastries and other sweets. I like the cloud cake and the sausage/hot dog bread roll.

Staff is polite and courteous, always willing to help and provide guidance based on your tastes. The place is neat and clean and there are a few tables for you to sit down and dine in.

Pricing is reasonable.“

“I was waiting for my cookies when I observed a worker who was rolling dough. She stepped away from the dough table, and went on her personal phone, then immediately went back to touching the dough. Wearing the same pair of gloves the entire time. I made a comment that she should probably switch gloves if she is going to touch her personal phone and then peoples food. Just wanted to be sure it doesn’t happen again. That’s gross.“

I ordered a one tier 1st birthday cake and custom cookies and with just explaining my vision over the phone, they hit it out of the park. “Our family absolutely loves Bb's donuts! We do miss being able to go inside the donut shop. So many wonderful memories taking our little girl there to eat donuts and read a book or two. We have a little boy with Autism and it's not safe for him to sit in front by the busy street because he runs. I'm still very impressed with how responsive the owner, Norma, was to my emails and appreciate how thoughtful she was. She asked if I wanted to include a personal message to my sisters and brother-in-law, and I found out today that all of them really enjoyed the cupcakes. I can only imagine how hard it must be for small businesses like this one during these unprecedented times, but I'm glad that I was able to surprise my sisters and support them at the same time. I'm really looking forward to trying their baked goods in person one day!“

“Sandwiches here are PREMIUM. You are paying more because you are getting more. Could they drop the cost of each sandwich 2-3 dollars? Sure, but you’re guaranteed your value if you order their chicken Parmesan style sandwhich. The Coppola. They filled this thing with a solid amount of chicken filets and it was delicious. I eat a lot and was only able to down half of it. Saved the rest for later so it provided me 2 meals. I think it’s a little silly that it’s one of the cheaper sandwiches considering it’s bigger. The only negative to my experience here was the fact that this is being ran out of the side of Il Poggiolos bar. The entrance door looks legitimate but once u enter it’s very tight and uncomfortable especially when Poggiolo is packed. Other than that I definitely recommend checking this place out!“
