“Easily my new favorite bubble tea place. The milk taro is delicious, probably my favorite from any bubble tea place. All the drinks look very unique and creative. The employee working provided very sweet, friendly service and even made us two croffles on the house! I had never had one of these before, but after biting into it, I was amazed! “I wish I took pictures, but we ate everything so quickly… IT’S JUST SO GOOD! We had the Korean hotdogs, mochi donuts and boba coffee and milk tea. Every week they have different mochi donut flavors, try them all! For the Korean hotdogs, you choose your flavor, then if you want mozzarella/sausage, and a dipping sauce. Also, the actual location is cute and inviting with extra seating in the back. Highly recommend!“

“The donuts are fantastic but the place itself is gross. The floor is sticky and looks like it hasn't been swept or mopped in days. No napkins available and when we asked the staff said their boss hadn't ordered any paper goods or cleaning supplies in a while. The bathroom didn't have toilet paper, soap or paper towels either and was disgusting. I wonder if they even have soap in the kitchen to wash their hands. I don't think it's dramatic to say the health department should probably be called.“

“The DD is in the downtown area of Arlington Heights. Nice location and outdoor tables that have tree shade. Very clean inside with several tables to sit down and relax. Parking spots are limited but they have a drive thru if you’re in a hurry.

I visited this Dunkin' location for the first time over the weekend (Saturday evening), and it was one of the best experiences compared to any Dunkin' locations I have visited so far. They charge 7$ for the coffee, but conveniently forgot the sandwich? Then another 5$ for the sandwich. So instead of 8$ combo I got ripped off. Unacceptable.
