“Went through drive through ordered two caramel cappuccino blasts with just two pumps of caramel Cause usually other baskins put too much and a coffee roll which at other baskins be kind of hard and stale but this location me and my boyfriend cappuccino blasts were perfect just the right amount of thickness and Carmel and the coffee roll was fresh and soft as a former employee of dunkin downtown LLC im really satisfied with this location this is my new location when I'm in the south suburbs. “The establishment was nice and clean on the inside. The young lady that took my order was upset, meaning she had an attitude. But after we received our order we chose to sit outside on the benches in the back. We had to try to find a table that wasn't sticky. They should have someone to come out every hour or 1/2 hour to wipe the tables. Especially in the summer months. But the ice cream sundae was so good. And the pint I took home was butter pecan, it was made well. We had a good experience over all.“

I tried one in Chicago heights. it was not nearly as good as this one's ice cream. it's fantastic friendly people. I loved it. I missed it. I went back today and it was still great.
