I called this Starbucks on the off chance that they’d replace it (since it has a drive through I wouldn’t have to get everyone out of the car) and they said it wasn’t a problem! They replaced my drink free of charge and were very caring throughout the transaction. Thank you Sam! And all the other Starbucks employees!“

“Absolutely, blown away. I play some mobile order for a big Mac. No salt, no pickles and 2 drinks, literally less than 5 minutes later, I go in there. It It is a big mac just like I ordered and the drinks with reasonable amount of ice in both! Even though it was a mobile order, I was still greeted and smiled at by the staff and wished a good day to which I reciprocated back!
