“Really liked the place . Went on a Sun afternoon. Didn't sit in the bar. We had a group of 6 or 7. We went to right and thru the barn door into the seating area. Couple of big screens tv. Had the Cubs game on , along with the Nascar race. Service was exceptional. Had a few buckets of beer was our group. I had the Twisted Burger. Cooked to my order of med rare. It was spot on for med rare. Dont always see that these days. Great burger with bacon, pepper jack cheese, jalopeno, onion straws, and chipotle mayo. Probably 1/3 lb burger. That burger had great flavor! I always like onion straws on a burger. Dont see them too often. It reminds me of a place out in Bolingbrook @ Rt 55 & 53- Cheddar's which does the same thing. This place has more flavor however. Wife had the Buffalo Chicken sandwich- and she has to have lots of flavor too. She was told they were out of swiss cheese. Asked for crumbled bleu cheese and subbed out reg mayo for chipotle mayo. She was quite happy with that. The rest of the group reported satisfaction with their food too. They evidently are local to West Dundee and frequent the place occasionally and had suggested to go there. Glad we agreed to it. Well worth your stop. Much better than an average. And as always, I say better food at a bar than drinking at a restaurant! Support these Mom & Pop places!“
