“The cashier was smiley and friendly. Received our order pretty quickly, too. The reasons I didn't rate 5 stars is because the toast was barely toasted and a bit soggy, and the chicken tenders seemed very small for the price. Not to mention, half of the breading came off of one of my tiny tenders. Overall the flavor was decent. The Canes sauce is the only reason for the 4th star. Had a much better experience the time before. I'll have to give it another shot a different time.“

“We typically use the drive thru. We like your food, always fresh and tasty. Tonight I had the chicken avocado and strawberry salad. The salad was fresh, walnuts were sweet and crispy, dressing was very creamy. The only criticism I have is my chicken avocado and strawberry salad had no avocados. I do understand sometimes you can run out of ingredients or supply chain issues can interfere with menus. I would just ask to have this made known to us upon ordering or upon discovery, all in the interest of good customer service that you usually do deliver.“

Got the cheesy beef with peppers. Loved the melted cheese but the spiciness robbed from the flavor of the Sammy. I would get the same order next time, but pass on the peppers.

“Ordered food for the first time yesterday and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the 1/2lb jumbo shrimp and fries and loved every bit of it. Shrimp was lightly breaded and not greasy. The shrimp could have been cooked about 30 seconds longer but that’s just my personal preference and won’t stop me from going back. To make everything better, the restaurant was very clean and even the kitchen was from what I could see was as well which really made me happy. Overall great experience and will be back to get the catfish, wings and shrimp!!“

“We loved the food, service, and atmosphere. My only minor issue was the Hot Dog could have been hotter. Nevertheless it was delicious.

“I always love coming here. The customer service is exceptional and Yash is one of the most kindest and warmest employee here. You always get positive vibes here. It’s one of the better subways to eat at. Sandwich making is exceptional here!“

“This is a new Culver's, still great food, in a modern package. You must try everything but for your first time go with a butter burger, cheese curds, and leave room for custard of your choice.

Next time (there will be a next time) look beyond a burger and try the cod, pot roast sandwich, or soup.

The food is delicious- my favorite is the Memphian, a combination of ham, beef and turkey with cheese that all blends so well that it is fast becoming my go to dinner. My wife eats healthier than me and likes the garden fresh turkey on a baguette- lots of turkey with spinach, avocado and cheese- really good! “I really wish that when you ask for a specific amount of Arby's Sauce that they don't just throw a boatload of every sauce they have in there. I end up throwing away 8+ packets of Horsey Sauce that no one in our house eats. not only is that bad on the landfill but it costs the owner. Let's face it,, what costs the owner ultimately costs the employees. if they are doing that to us every time think about how many people come through the drive thru in a day. so maybe 100 people have the same experience as we do, that's 800 wasted packets of Sauce a day, 5600 a week, 24,000 a month or 288,000 a year. That's just one location. Please think more responsibly.“

“I visited the Crystal Lake Culver’s on Saturday, May 24th, 2025. I am an avid fan of Culver’s and I have visited 35 locations in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Missouri and Kentucky. As a resident of Crystal Lake I visit this Culver’s very regularly. The food was excellent and the service was quick. I definitely recommend the ice cream and the chicken. 5/5 I will definitely be back very soon. (Written 6-3-25)“

“Taco bell food is taco bell food. The drive-thru lady (employee) was very nice and friendly. Got all my items right except 1. I got a hardshell instead of the bean burrito i order. No biggi, tho. Still ate it.

“Was in town for quick bite.. on a holiday this was the perfect option!!! AMAZING customer service as well as hospitality! Was lucky to meet Sammy the owner. Everything was spotless clean, even the bathrooms were spotless & smelled great! Highly recommend, will be returning!!!!“

“Is everything you want in a Chicago beef shack. The restaurant is clean and inviting with plenty of parking in the strip mall. I've had their beef before with catering and it's excellent, but this visit was the Chicago dog. It was perfect. Double dogs for a dollar. It's one of the better hot dogs in the area. The bun held up the entire time, even with two dogs and all the toppings. And it might sound silly, but the place has really good napkins. They are thick and stand up to the food that doesn't fall apart. Just saying. Don't miss Tuesdays with one dollar hot dogs. Definitely recommend. Also the fries and the combo are legit way better than portillos“

“Me and the boyfriend came threw the chicken strips and bacon deluxe was really good and there fries and cheese curds. but are concrete mixers we both took a bit and threw them away I got the pumpkin mixer with pecans and asked for regular Carmel instead of salted they gave me salted and a crap load of pecans boyfriend got chocolate ice cream with peanut butter cups there was so much peanut butter in there I don't even think there was chocolate ice cream it was so thick you could barely swallow it without drinking something with it he threw his out to.“

“Ok, the menu is limited to mains of chicken tenders and chicken tender sandwiches. But the chicken is moist, and the breading is seasoned well. For me, the stars of the show are the Texas toast and the Cane's sauce. The sauce has a bit of a kick and is savory, and I dip everything in it. Cane's has become one of my favorite fast food joints.“

“We used to come here every time we traveled through the area and actually go out of our way to go there. We used to live in the area. I was always impressed on how the man behind the counter could remember the orders and not write them down. The food was always great. We were there recently and it seems they changed owners? The Italian beef is still good, I ordered a Chicago hotdog. There was no poppyseed bun and way too much mustard so that the bun fell apart. The hot dog itself didn’t taste the same either.They used to have booths with soft seats which were nice for elderly people. All they have now are long tables and small bar stools to sit on which was an option before. Hard to be comfortable. It’s a different person taking orders. I was disappointed and we probably won’t go out of our way to come back.“

“I had the Beast double combo, added bacon , extra cheese and lettuce. I have to say, the burger was pretty good. I wish it had a little more sauce and mayo but it was really good. It's up there in price but you do get full. I would like if they had more advertising or anything to let you know it's a ghost menu. I drove around a few times because it was a pizza joint and couldn't see any signs of Mr beast burgers. I will be back but I hope Mr beast makes these adjustments.“

“They are by far the best dq in the suburbs. They are not stingy with toppings. Sure the price reflects that sometimes but will you rather pay $8 for a blizzard with 2 Oreo cookies in it or $10 for one with 8 Oreos in it? I love the Oreo blizzard and Reese’s. Though no fault of their own…I wish the Reese’s had less choco chunks and more peanut butter stuff ❤️. Regardless i appreciate them and always thank them!“

Went thru the drive thru they forgot my sauces for the nuggets had to go back and get them luckily we always check our order before we leave no biggie! Customer service was great and efficient
