“I have been loyal to Chick-fil-A for over 10 years now. I am a signature member and I do plan on visiting the headquarters when I visit Atlanta in the next few months. Chick-fil-A is actually my favorite restaurant hands-down. I happen to live closest to this location, so I tend to go here the most but every time I go to another location, the experience subpar compared to this one. All the employees here are so nice and so friendly. You can tell that the work environment for the employees is a good culture just by the way they interact with one another. Also, their Facebook page is the best! Maybe I’m a little bit too crazy as a Chick-fil-A fanatic But interacting with the page is so much fun. I even won a contest before that allowed my coworkers and I to enjoy breakfast on them. That is when I was able to meet the social media manager and she was obviously very passionate about her job. I love all Chick-fil-A‘s However, my experience at this location is always top-notch.“

My boyfriend found a hair underneath his chicken & fries, he took it up to the counter & told the guy working the front counter. His response was, "What do you want me to do about it, I'm not the cook!!!!" We then asked him his name & for the manager, but he refused to give us his name or the manager. He proceeded to "mother f***" us even. Then starts in on another customer. I could not believe he treated us that way! He wouldn't give us his name so I took a photo of him. “It's a Taco Bell.... but, for a Taco Bell, it's typically on the cleaner end with friendly and fast service. Also, they usually put the right amount of each topping on your items. Every once in awhile you'll get the wrong item or a topping you didn't want or ask for..... but for the most part, the Columbia Taco Bell is on the upper part of my list.“

“Listen. I eat a lot of Lion's Choice. This particular instance, tonight, this Brentwood location absolutely crushed my delivery order. I asked for rare, the beef was rare as can be. I asked for a bunch of au jus, they gave me a piping hot styrofoam cup full (it's winter, nice touch). I asked for extra seasoning on my sandwiches, extra seasoning clearly present. The fact that this order was delivered and was still this good blows my mind, can't say enough, 10/10. My next visit will be in person simply so I can tip the staff.“

“Tonight a large group of children from the ages of 10 to 18 came to this location to celebrate the end of a 6 show weekend. There were about 30 kids and about 7 parents.

We were greeted with warmth and welcoming hospitality. We knew our orders were going to bombard the kitchen, and we hoped that they would not be annoyed with us. It was exactly the opposite the manager, and the staff continuously checked in with us and apologized for the long wait. But no one even noticed the wait time. Y’all had a place to sit down and connect with one another to celebrate closing night and we are super grateful.

Everyone got their food and ice cream and we left super happy. This location is so lucky to have so many hardworking teammates!“

I placed our order online as we left the airport, but forgot to change the time we'd be at the restaurant. I called and I'm assuming it was Josie who answered (got her name from my receipt) - she was so sweet and accommodating and said she'd hold the order until closer to 1am. When we pulled in, they were in the process of making our order. The food was hot, fresh, and they definitely didn't skimp on the portions! My mom was in the rehab facility down the street so I ate here for lunch a lot of days for about 2 weeks in a row and you can really find out about a place when you eat there almost every day. I mostly had breakfast and lunch and was all through the drive-thru. Every single time the food was good, and the wait time and prices are reasonable. I got a salad several times and it was fresh and delicious every time and I got a burger and fries and some cookies and it was all hot and fresh and delicious too. I wish I knew her name but the girl with the short black hair that works the drive-thru window does a really good job and so does the lady with the distinctive voice that works the speaker. I think this is probably my favorite fast food place in the area and I really like their salads so I'm sure I'll be back a lot. I'm not even going to try another Wendy's because I don't want to be disappointed this one does so well!“

A driver from the airport had recommended. We stopped at MOD Pizza so we did and Boy was it worth it. Travis was fun courteous and the staff girls were great. The pizza was outstanding.
