“I just went through the Alton location this morning, as I do often. I got news this morning that a couple I knew got in an accident and passed away so I was crying going through the drive thru. The team members had no idea what was going on, but wrote a very sweet message on my cup and all made sure to wish me a good day. Always good coffee and great customer service. That just put them above every other place in my book. Thank you all.“

Parking: If you want to walk a really short distance you have about 6 spots on the one side of building up close including 2 handicap. On other side short distance you have approx with 2 or 3 pickup spaces. Then in front you have a larger parking lot that serves other businesses around there and is a little farther walk so I'd you have Grandparents with you then this wouldn't be your first choice and little kids forget it or make sure you're ready to carry them since some occasions you will have card flying in and around the parking area or to get inline faster to the drive thru.“

“We visited today for the first time. I had an iced caramel latte, and it was outstanding. Loved loved loved the espresso, smooth and not acidic or bitter. I live in the St. Louis area and I will be coming back to Maeva’s , even though it is a 40 minute drive.“

“Absolutely gem in the city. Coffee is amazing, and some of the best I have ever had. Refreshers are also amazing, with a large selection to choose from. Food is also great from the specials that are offered on occasion to the everyday menu, you can always fine something to satisfy your needs/wants. “I scoot through here pretty regularly. The staff are always quick and polite, and the drinks are always good! I'm a but addicted to the Chai, in all honesty. But the other day, I tried to come through for my usual only to find the place was closed. A sign was posted on the drive-thru intercom that read: "Sorry, closed due to high temperatures within the building".

At first, I was a bit disappointed. I was really looking forward to a little treat before I went into work. But after a bit, I was actually glad to see that.

It's felt frighteningly common for businesses to put profit over employee wellbeing these days. I used to be a pizza delivery driver, and I still have memories of being forced to deliver food during a harsh winter storm in 2016. It was so refreshing to see employees being prioritized over profit, even for just a little bit.

Here's sincerely hoping Scooters continues this behavior, and more businesses follow suit.“

“I go here like twice a week and I've never been disappointed. I usually just get some kind of boba, but it's the only boba in town that I've particularly liked. The strawberrry fruit tea and the hong kong milk tea are to die for. Most things on the menu run sweet, but they warn you about that and you can adjust your order accordingly. The girls are all super nice and even the guy at the poke munch counter greets me when I come in :) the days they have kpop playing inside are my favorite! It's never taken me more than 10 minutes to get my drink after ordering, so I stop in before work a lot.“

They have one of the BEST salads and their sandwiches are awesome also. Did I mention that the employees are super kind? They don't make you feel uncomfortable or awkward and I'm both of those things so I would know. If you are looking for an awesome chai tea or a real tasty salad, try Teaspoons, you won't be disappointed.“

“I've never had a bad experience at this location! They're always happy to serve you, they can get very busy and parking can be tricky to get in and out of safely. Drinks are consistent time to time and I enjoy knowing what I'm getting will be the same as the last time.“

“I don't know what is going on orders.are often wrong lately. since the new hires I order for a client simple vanilla latte. they dont come.e with whip cream and they put it on. Mostly milk not sure where we the coffee is. we also add cinnamon docle sprinkles cost extra. sometimes it's there or they put something else that reads CF. usually they are on game but sad because we may have to change locations.“

“Just went in to get the steak egg and cheese bagel that has made its return (hopefully to stay) and had a special request to cook bagel light so it was soft, and oh my gosh it was so good! The customer service is always amazing! No attitude because of special request (from front to cook line) and very friendly. You have a AWESOME CREW! Thank you for the smiles! ?“

“The cashiers were excellent, and the girl getting my food messed up on the drinks but corrected it. Also, she was pleasant, not making me feel like it was my fault, but understood she didn't understand me, but corrected it promptly and nicely. Keep that nice attitude it will take you far. ?“
