“This is my favourite Subway location IN THE UNIVERSE! I ordered a dozen chocolate chip cookies warmed in the toaster with a side of a kids size small drink filled with parmesan vinaigrette to dip in, and gave the cashier a 20 dollar bill and told them to keep the change. They didn't seem to want me to enjoy my order in-store which is fine and I didn't dock points off for that, because I needed to be somewhere anyway after picking up some lunch. Very friendly staff, clean restaurant, and will become a regular at this establishment!“

“Food is good but the staff here does not know how to handle online orders and not sure how to handle the instructions either. Why there is no Veg Patty in online app orders or why the staff is not trained on how to address the customer questions in a friendly manner and they seem to be lost or confused even with a simple question.“

“I want to welcome our neighbors to the TBK area. I’ve seen the staff out and about all week and I must say they are absolutely so kind and welcoming to talk to. So today second day open I had to go and get a sandwich. Wow wow the bread was so fresh with texture that was just what you want for a hearty portions of filling you expect! The turkey club is what I got it was amazing. But to revert back to the staff they continued to show the upmost quality of customer service with great excitement! Garret even remembered my name and I was stunned as I walked out to my car. Definitely stop in and check them out I can say that they will see me as much as I can support a great new business in the area! “The restaurant has been closed for in person dining for quite a while, but they still sell their Vanderuben rubin sandwiches cold two days a week. They also offer their Rasinruben sandwiches and a tuna sandwich called the Charlie (pun intended). Many salads are also available. Great food, too bad, no more in person dining.“

“Would give more then 5 stars if I could! I work overnights at Trinity and placed an order online, not realizing they were closing in 10 minutes. When I got the confirmation email that my order would be delivered the next day, I called the store in hopes of catching someone before close to cancel. I was so pleased when the gentleman that answered the phone informed me that he had seen the order and that it was for hospital staff, already had it made, and would be having it delivered. Will definitely continue to give them my business!“

“I've been to 3 different locations and the service has always been good but the food is my main focus and the fact I can choose how I want my grilled chicken sandwich is a bonus but the most important part is how very delicious they are.“

“I "used the app to skip the line", however, when I arrived at the assigned time, they had not even started the order I had already paid for. I watched them make several people's orders while I stood and waited for them to complete mine. They offered me a free drink for the wait.“

“The woman working tonight was amazing, she was so sweet and made my sandwich perfectly, just how I asked. It was really close to closing time and she had a long line but her attitude did not change once. She was polite to everyone, She wore gloves and changed them when needed, & she made me a delicious sandwich!! “For a sandwich shop, it is better than most. The potatoes and soup along with the got sandwiches are were its at. The cheese balls have changed. They are salty and overcooked. I'm assuming because they're not used to cooking smaller ones. Grandson loves it.“

“Clean place all the time. The crew there works well together no matter what the time is day or night. Overall they are quick about getting you in and out with the right product you ordered.I would recommend going to this subway all the time.“
