The service was very personable and professional and the sandwiches were very good. I’m not typically a fan of hot subs but I loved these! I didn't catch the name because the orders were flying. wanna give a shout out to the gentleman with the dread locks pulled up with a blue band. he was taking orders one after the other and keeping the line running. job well done, man. “The crew of this location clearly work hard to provide an excellent experience for their customers. The restaurant is clean and crew are efficient and welcoming. The care and quality of the food they provide has earned my loyalty over other competitors. Also, this restaurant is the only one I've ever been to that can make a decent cheesesteak!

“I stopped going here years ago and went to Bellevue's Subway just because of there customer service and management. Now I don't even need to because the manager at that store took over Bartonville. Needless to say some of the old employees are there, but I can see the change happening and it's wonderful for our community. I have high hopes for our Subway under Emilees guidance. The service was great, sandwich was delicious and it was nice seeing everyone happy and interacting with their customers. “I went to this Subway inside of walmart and found the prep area and counter to be clean, with the veggies all fresh. Nothing was old. I was impressed with Antonio, who was working solo and handling the orders; replacing his gloves each order. The sandwich was good quality abd the service excellent. I went back the next day to find the same quality. I'll be going back to this location for Subway in the future.“

“I work long hours and often work late at night. This Subway is on my way home and one of the few chances to get a decent dinner after 9 o’clock. On 9/20/24, I pulled up to this Subway at approximately 9:45. I understand it’s close to closing, I typically tip 100% because of it. I didn’t get the chance to tonight. With the open sign still on, the girl with pink hair decided she was done for the night apparently. She locked the door in front of myself and another potential customer. I will never give this Subway my business if I see her working. I usually get great service from a young man with a beard and glasses. I didn’t want to ding the store with a bad rating because of 1 employee. Hopefully the manager sees this review and the employee sees that she missed out on a good tip.“

“The people that have waited on us had way better attitude than the one closest to our houses. There was plenty of meat & the vegetables looked way better though it is hard to tell with vegetables until you cut into them. That was the problem at the one closest to us very little meat, no bread, or the vegetables were terrible.“

“I like Proctor Hospital, I have only been to the Midwest Ortho wing, so all my comments are about them. Overall, the Nurses and Supporting staff were awesome. They took care of all my needs, answered my questions, and even tried to laugh at my comments.The Doctor did a great job being professional and direct at answering my questions. That is what I NEED in a Doctor. I'm not diminishing the nurses professionalism, they were excellent at creating a warm atmosphere for me.The food only got a 4 star because it was a wrapped blueberry muffin and drink.
