“Sugarwitch is a queer-owned business with a few rotating vegan options for their ice cream sandwiches. They serve drinks (coffee, tea, & specials) and also make custom ice cream cakes. Sugarwitch is frequently selling their sandwiches at Tower Grove’s Farmer’s Market as well as hosting/sponsoring other community events. The chai-tea-latte was delicious and the crustless quiche was a popular choice. We were able to take over a few tables and have conversations with ease. “Love this place and their bagels are sooo so good! Sometimes I buy a fresh bagel with cream cheese but usually my boyfriend and I order day old bagels off the too good to go app! They are discounted there, and we have bagels in our freezer throughout the week! I will say, we were told by the front of house woman with the dyed hair that “the too good to go app is to try the restaurant out, and then start purchasing regular bagels” which I absolutely do not agree with, and will continue to buy the discounted bagels weekly unless she can figure out a way to ban me off that app.. The other, younger woman who works behind the desk is absolutely lovely though!!“

“We stopped in to grab some breakfast because it was close to our VRBO rental and it had great Google reviews. My only complaint was they were out of sausage when we got there. But we just got the bacon breakfast sandwiches. We also ordered a tea and iced latte. Our food and drinks were very delicious! There were only 2 people working and they were busy so it took a little bit to get our food. But it was very good!“

“This place has some of the best boba I’ve had. The drinks taste fresh and balanced, and they are not overly sweet. The tapioca pearls are soft and chewy, which makes the drink even better. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick, even when it gets busy. The shop is clean and has a nice, relaxed vibe. You can really tell the owner takes pride in the store and cares about the quality and customer experience. My favorite drink here is the green tea mango boba. It’s refreshing and full of flavor. I definitely recommend giving it a try if you like fruity drinks. I’ll definitely be coming back.“

I called and asked if curbside delivery was an option. Ashlyn said no, but then replied “how far are you and I’ll run it out.” That’s the definition of customizing customer service for each customer. You won't have trouble ordering vegan drinks. There is one vegan pastry -carrot cake cupcake without icing. Food is not vegan by default, but two options can easily be made vegan: vegetarian burrito, by removing cheese; and avocado toast, by removing cheese and hot sauce vinaigrette sauce on the side, which contains butter.

Overall, vegan carrot cupcake is a little sweet for my taste but still very good. I would recommend adding impossible sausage to the avocado toast.“

“Very nice experience. The atmosphere is really inviting and seating is comfortable and well spaced. Food was delicious although all menu items weren't available. Will definitely recommend. They also offer private event rental and social evenings to gather with friends. Wifi and charging stations also available.
