The counter person is friendly, efficient, and helpful. The owner stopped by for a chat, too (this is an opportunity so many business owners miss out on).

I was quite SHOCKED to see how the portion size completely SHRANK. Like it's a SMALL portion (enough to feed a child, not an adult). It is hardly worth the price tag at this size. It was PERFECT before, and it is now half the size of what it used to be. Please reconsider this ridiculous portion, because I will definitely not be purchasing it anymore because it's not worth it.“

As a cuba-rican chef from Miami I was not very impressed with this imposter frita. Taste was good anyhow. However, 10 points to Gryffindor, for the shift manager saving us from an unhoused debacle that was taking place in front of the door when we arrived. 😅“
