The french fries were hot and fresh. The drinks were not over iced this was a really good McDonald's trip (not all of our trips to McDonald's are this lucky).“

“We come here once a month & have always had great food & service. Today we had a horrendous experience with an employee! My boyfriend found a hair underneath his chicken & fries, he took it up to the counter & told the guy working the front counter. His response was, "What do you want me to do about it, I'm not the cook!!!!" We then asked him his name & for the manager, but he refused to give us his name or the manager. He proceeded to "mother f***" us even. Then starts in on another customer. I could not believe he treated us that way! He wouldn't give us his name so I took a photo of him. “I had such great raves for a young man that worked at this store on August 2nd I have to share. I was traveling 64 on August 1st getting sleepy n hungry about 4pm I pulled off grabbed a fav of mine mushroom Swiss it was ok as usual but full n happy I went to get through St Louis before resting for night. Got about an hour away found a truckstop n rested. To my dismay waking about 4 am I wanted to get gas and tea in truckstop but searching for my wallet frantically it was nowhere to be found. I always stop retrace where was last use of my wallet n bam Hardee's. After Google gave me closest ones 2 calls is all it took great lady at 1st call told me they, Hardees, weren't off 64 but gave me # of or it might been just street name of the one that was. And yep Christian answered the call even before opening he searched the safe but no then I told him where I went in restaurant bathroom n booth. Now it might say a little bad about cleaners in the restaurant but bam there it was still sitting where I was the night before. “The food was good and the restaurant was clean, but the real stand out here is the service. I haven’t had that pleasant of an interaction with fast food workers maybe ever. To have the staff tell you that they appreciate you is a really nice change of pace, and if you’re having a bad day, I imagine between the ice cream and the staff you would leave feeling a lot better.“

“I arrived at White Castle at 3am in the morning.I just left the hospital as a patient.I was hungry I placed an order and the cashier was very nice I didn't have to ask for any condiments they were already placed inside my bag. She greeted me with a smile I was so impressed because she was so nice at 3am .I wish I could have given her a tip.....A smile goes a long way.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have a few handicap parking spot and they have a huge window that allows the cashier to open and walk through to hand the customer their food......“

“I grew up on white castles it was right down the street from my home at 5210 Wells. The white castles was on the corner of Wells and Kings highway.I lived there from the age of 8-17 but my parents lived there longer. I can remember watching the ladies put the onion on the grill and then the patties on top then the bread and then watch them box them. I always said when I grow up I am going to work white castles and believe it are not I did. WoW how times have changed. I will ALWAYS LOVE WHITE CASTLES ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️😋😋🫡. All this was St.Louis MO. Now that I live in Texas I only have the pleasure of frozen but I'm grateful for that .You have to let the frozen ones thaw out then punch two toothpicks holes and microwave for ten to twelve seconds and then there I am back down memory lane.😋😀♥️‼️“

“The fish and fries were really good, but the gyro salad wasn't very good at all. It has just plain ice berg with raw green peppers and tomato slices with meat (not sure what type of meat it was). Everything was in huge pieces which is hard to cut up with a plastic knife. The lettuce included a lot of the center which was quite bitter. I'm not sure what the dressing was, but I had a couple of other people try it and it was not edible. I would eat there again, but I wouldn't get a salad for sure.“

Before tonight, I hadn’t been to a Taco Bell, this late and my order be correct to a Tee even down to the sauces and which exact sauces I wanted! On top of that my order BEING DELIVERED…. They gave 100%z
I’m leaving this review because I feel we are all quick to complain.

I am visiting so I don’t have a car and I ordered on door dash …which now it is my second time doing that.

Anyways,
This place did great! I wasn’t missing a single thing in my order, my tacos and my Mexican pizza was made with the amount of each ingredient you would see in one of Taco Bell’s commercials.
The SAUCES WERE ALL THERE AND EACH FLAVOR I CHOSE (:
I know I requested a couple different flavors and the fact every one of them was in there!!! 🥰

The CREW at this location did AMAZING! Great job.

I always said Vail Brothers on Delmar had the best shrimp , but imma pass the torch to these guys. I like that I hardly saw the sauce but it’s embedded in the flavoring , the coat was still light and crisp ✅

You can tell if someone’s batter is old because the crust will be loose, so I’m glad that didn’t happen today. The wings were perfect , I oddly like party wings more than whole because they are so easier to eat. Normally I would prefer sauced wings to be naked but they were executed well here.

“I have not gone inside, so not sure about atmosphere. The food and service is great. I just wish you could access the restaurant in both directions on the road. I access it from the wrong direction, so I have to pull into another business and then turn the opposite direction.“

“The Good: - The staff on hand were great! - The food was hot and as good as expected. - The lobby was less crowded than previous years, so it felt quiet and intimate. The Bad: - It was SLOW. It took over 30 minutes to get our food. The slowness is not on the staff that were on hand. It seemed like drive-thru priority was slowing everything down and they were doing the best they could.“
