“Just meat and sauce on a bun. Sadly brisket was dry and there wasn't enough sauce to make it juicy, bun wasn't up for the job. I had super high hopes for the brisket. I will try ribs next see if they are fall off the bone. The guy wasn't very friendly or talkative, took 5 min to fill a coleslaw when I added to my call in. I would have thought they were professional after so many years in business, was the coleslaw in another building?“
