“I order a Miso soup, it was fantastic, to the point that I feel so sleepy, the broth was thick and full of flavor, the noodles fantastic, but my favorite part was the pork, so tender, so delicious.

I will come back everytime I can. I do recommend it.“

“Tonight I decided to venture out and try this restaurant my family has been RAVING about called Al’s Cafe in Downtown Elgin! I sat upstairs and had this lovely server named Marcie! She recommended the monthly special called “Moonstruck” and it was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! The ambience, service and food is unmatched! If you are looking for a great night out I highly recommend Al’s Cafe!“

“Nice to see they haven't raised prices on the conveyor line plates. Sushi was good as usual. My only complaint was that the restaurant wasn't crowded so they could've sat people every other table instead of one after the other as the stationary tables are pretty close together. This would give diners more room to get in and out of chairs. We always have to slide chairs across the side of the table as there is no room to move your chair back away from the table if the table next to you is occupied. They no longer have menus so you must scan a QR code to get the menu to order hot food and other items that are not on the conveyor.“

“Great place to hang out. Live bands on the weekends. Great food. Amazing bartenders. Super friendly atmosphere. Definitely a great place to stop by. Enjoy a drink and get some food with friends. Absolutely amazing outdoor set up. Something I would make it home in my backyard that I wanted to sit down and have a drink and enjoy.“

“Lots of potential here. Cozy with a large outdoor area including seating with fire pits. Wood is $15 if you want a fire. Clean restrooms and friendly service are found here along with newer but tight indoor seating area. Will go back as this was our first visit. Live guitar player/singer outside named Josh that sounded very good but froze his fingers off... Tap Room, give him some heat! Met friendly and fun people so looking forward to stopping in again. It's located right across from Klein's on Plank Road.“

“I had the Beast double combo, added bacon , extra cheese and lettuce. I have to say, the burger was pretty good. I wish it had a little more sauce and mayo but it was really good. It's up there in price but you do get full. I would like if they had more advertising or anything to let you know it's a ghost menu. I drove around a few times because it was a pizza joint and couldn't see any signs of Mr beast burgers. I will be back but I hope Mr beast makes these adjustments.“

“This food is some of the best I've tasted around here. The portions are huge, the egg rolls are perfect and the service is EXCELLENT! We used to use several other spots in the area for Chinese food but we have all but forgotten about them. GREAT JOB FORTUNE HOUSE!“
