“We had Brittany serving our table of 5. They went above and beyond for our bachlorette party. Small Details made a huge difference. Bride had a white napkin when the maids had black. Hearts on the table. Free glass of their Dole and dessert. And when we asked for recommendations on where to go after dinner, the whole service team put together a list for us. Brittany was our waitress and she was so kind and friendly. Excellent service from her. Had multiple other workers coming to congratulate the bride. Food was very very good. Appetizer was even plated for us at the table.“

“I hadn’t been here in a while but after our most recent experience I’ll be going more often. Went for our anniversary dinner. Booked reservations thru Open Table, arrived early and got seated right away in a cozy booth in the bar. There was a card and Anniversary placard waiting for us on the table. We were offered complimentary champagne to toast right away which was delicious. Our server Susan was outstanding and all the food was exceptional. We split a wine flight - loved them all! The pacing was terrific we didn’t have to wait long for anything but we never felt rushed. We went all out for the special occasion with soup, a starter, entrees, sides and desserts but would choose more affordable happy hour options to go more frequently. The menu changes four times a year (with the seasons) and all the calorie counts are kept low for the entrees which I love.“

“We arrived a bit early of our reservation (4:35 for 5:00 reservation). The restaurant was mostly empty but they searched for over 5 minutes to finally seat us. That is a bit long when finding a table in a virtually empty restaurant. Even if staffing is an issue. Never at any other restaurant have we ever been made to wait for a table that is available. Very disappointed with Red Lobster's seating policy. This happened to us once before at this same restaurant where we were denied seating. Food was good, service was good,“

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by extremely friendly staff who made us feel welcome right away. The service started off great and stayed that way the entire time. We were seated very quickly and didn’t have to wait long at all. The food came out fresh and hot, and no joke; everything we tried was extremely delicious. We decided to try a little bit of everything so we could really experience the menu. We ordered the oxtails, Alfredo pasta, lamb chops, fried catfish, rib tips, baked mac & cheese, and candied yams, and every single dish was on point. The flavors were incredible and everything was cooked perfectly. Another thing that really stood out was how clean the restaurant was. Even the bathrooms were spotless, which always says a lot about a place. Great food, great service, and a clean environment; you can’t ask for much more than that. Hands down a 10/10 experience. Highly recommend S2 Grills Chicago if you’re in the area.“

“Recently celebrated a 70th birthday with the D'Alexander family. What a great event. The staff could not have been nicer, and attentive. You only thought you might need something at the table and it would appear out of no where. The food was all home made and you could tell made from traditional old recipes and a lot of love thrown in. You feel like you are in a small cafe in Italy. If you want a great Italian dining experience please take the time to enjoy Made In Italy, because my wife and I plan to go back.“

“My company moved a block away, and when I strike events I get back at 1-2am, so tonight I tried for first time coming back from downtown I usually stop at goose Island or I stop for a jew town polish Maxwell st, but didn't feel like stopping so I ordered the catfish nugget regular meal and it was incredible, highly recommend service was great the lemon pepper seasoning was fire came with fries and old school 2 pieces of white bread reminded me of getting from harolds chicken , next time I try the Wings. ;)“
