“We are chipotle regulars (my kids love it). Service hasn't been good for quite a while (at many different locations). We stopped by the 83/St Charles location at lunch time today. The food was fresh and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Just wanted to give a shout out to this location, because even my kids said "wow, they were so nice here!"“

I ordered two burritos one veggie and one carne asada for my amigo. When I got the order I saw mine labeled and took a bite only to realize that it was not the one for me. We checked my friend's burrito by opening it and yes that was my vegetarian burrito. Other than that fast service and as always great food“
