“Their bowls look amazing and I will need to go back to get one, but I grabbed a rodeo chicken wrap instead on this day. The person attending the cash register greeted me and was very friendly, so from the get-go the experience was great!

The wrap was very well made and very tasty! The bowls look very good with the fruit and or veggies, they have poke bowls and wraps. Both the hot and cold food options they have, are available in vegetarian as well for those who enjoy veggies!

The only downside to the location is that it is TINY! They have two small 4 seat tables, one larger 8 seat table, and some counter style seats along the wall. So, consider taking the meal to go.

Her name was Sarah B, bowls are absolutely delicious, beautifully made, good amount of extra Nutella, the açaí is a nice frozen smoothly flavor, the smoothie I had was fresh and filled with the right quantity and nicely blended. “I am pretty critical of boba as there are so many places that pop up and fall short. I was honestly very impressed with palgong and have nothing but good things to say.
1) we arrived an hour before closing, and the tapioca was still fresh with a good chew (already winning in my book!)
2) they had a great selection of flavors, but more importantly, they offered the classic flavors like regular milk tea which had the perfect amount of ice & sweetness.
3) the Korean corn dogs are made in house which I thought was so cool! They are 100% beef which is appreciated since I don’t eat pork. It was fried to perfection and dressed with yummy sauces.
4) they had some fun activities, there was a wall of claw machines that you could buy tokens to play and another side that had some free family games like jenga and connect four.
5) Lastly, and one of the most important points; it was very clean inside like surprisingly clean. The tables did not have crumbs or anything sticky, the bathroom was spotless.
I love when establishment pays attention to large & small details, it is very aesthetically decorated . I will definitely be back when I’m in the area and highly recommend to anyone looking for some good bubble tea!

“Having recently moved near the area, I finally decided to check this place out. I absolutely love trying new boba shops, and I am thrilled that this one is so close by. Great atmosphere with cute decorations and plenty of seating. There was only one worker behind the counter at the time who greeted me as soon as I walked in. She was so sweet and made my drink very quickly.

As for the boba itself… it’s great! I got a brown sugar boba milk tea which I was glad to know was non-dairy (despite my love for all things dairy, I am lactose-intolerant. Booooo). The milk tea itself was great. For a brown sugar drink, it wasn’t too sweet at all, which I liked as I usually get my drinks with less sweetness. However, the tapioca was a little hard, a result of it either sitting out for too long or being chilled. I’m sure it would’ve been a thousand percent better with the tapioca’s real chewy texture, but I suppose I can’t complain since I walked in on a slow Wednesday afternoon.

Great shop overall, and I surely will be a regular!

“My wife, myself, and 2 young kids have been visiting Level Up Cafe & Lounge since they opened. The owners Shawn and Victoria do a great job. The staff is very friendly, they have delicious refreshing protein shakes, smoothies, food, and adult beverages. We absolutely love the atmosphere and free arcade with purchase. “Food was very good. I ended up with chilaquiles (with chicken breast) and my friend got the pupusas and dobladas. Really solid, and I appreciate the subtle differences in flavors between the Guatamalan dishes and standard Mexican fare. However, only 4/5 because ordering (in English) was difficult. I tried to get grilled skirt steak and a green chicken enchilada (as a single item, listed that way on the menu) but what was originally brought out was 3 green chicken enchiladas. I explained the issue and thought it was clear but ended up getting brought the chilaquiles. My friend got his pupusas but the dobladas was not brought and had to be ordered again. The food was delicious and I'm not a picky eater so this wasn't a huge deal, but others that need to order a specific thing, in English, may have trouble. I will be back though, and I will brush up on my Spanish.“

Price was okay for the food but upon receiving Mac and cheese was 1/2 cup of cheese with noodles for $4. Drinks were all equivalent to a small coke at McDonald’s. Chicken was good, fries a bit dry but I do understand that’s it’s a dry rub? If ordering for kids they should state that wings seasoning is a bit spicy none of my kids could eat their wings. They did not include silverware or napkins which was odd. They did though give us 2 sides of their signature sauce.“
