“We went to the new location on Belmont this last weekend & are so thrilled with our experience. From the service to the drinks and the food, everything was delicious. I ordered the steak sandwich & thought it was fantastic (I like mine cheesy & saucy). My husband ordered the "Da Bears" burger & ate the whole thing. We started with the cheese curds that the table cleared within minutes. Our server was wonderful as well, she was attentive & we never had an empty glass. If you like trying all kinds of martini's, we really enjoyed the "pickletini". Cannot wait to go again & enjoy their patio & try a bloody mary :)“

The food is great (the santi spring rolls is a hit on the salty side however). This spot is not just great as a local spot, but also worth a trip. “D 4 Cafe on Western is a cozy, no-frills spot that serves up some of the most authentic Bosnian food in Chicago. I stopped by for lunch and ordered the cevapi with lepinja and a side of ajvar. The cevapi were perfectly grilled, juicy, and flavorful, nestled in soft, fresh lepinja bread. The ajvar added a nice kick, complementing the dish beautifully. The service was warm and welcoming, making the experience even better. If you're craving authentic Balkan cuisine, this spot is a must-visit.“

“We went at Christmas time. They decorate the restaurant from the ceiling to the floor in lights. You can't help but get in the festive mood. We did make reservations and we came earlier and they still sat us. The staff was very friendly. I started with a cocktail called the Ramblers Rest. It was tasty. I could really taste the pomegranate notes. For appetizers we got the poutine. It is okay. For dinner I got the chef's wedge salad it was delicious. The homemade ranch dressing and the bacon bits totally made the salad. My hubby got their shepherd's pie. He said it was great. They have Coke products. They have a private area, and plenty of seating options. They have two fire places. I definitely want to go back during the summer. It looks like they have a large patio. Oh and they have a no stroller rule in the restaurant.

Dim, cute lighting and decor, ambiance was simultaneously relaxed & sleek and sitting at the bar was comfortable. The ćevapi, shopska salat, and fries were all great. We’ll 100% go back for the owners, the ambiance, and to try the other menu items!“

“Tumans is a great spot, nestled in the heart of the Ukrainian Village, at all times of day. The food is fresh and delicious and the service is top notch. Personally, I do not think there is a food establishment that the servers and bartenders seem like great friends, both with each other and with patrons. The atmosphere is heartwarming!The whole crew- Joe, Sarah, Michelle , Mario, etc, never cease to really care about those they serve. Sarah is so efficient, prompt, and gets every detail down to a science. She is the epitome of a great server and her passion for making everyone feel special does not go unnoticed. “Stopped by Four Moon Tavern on a Friday night, had the Pimento Burger and a side of onion rings. Burger was juicy, cheesy, and hit the spot; onion rings were crispy and not greasy. Tossed back a $3.50 bottle of Schlitz during happy hour, can’t beat that. The jukebox was playing classic rock, the vibe was chill, and the staff was friendly. Definitely a solid neighborhood bar with good food and drinks. I’ll be back for sure.“

“I was in Chicago for one night to help move my son to Dallas. He lived a modest walk from Mac's, so we headed there for dinner. I ordered a burger (the name escapes me) that had a beef patty, bacon, pickles, lettuce and tomato, a grilled jalapeño and a habanero sauce. The waiter told me it was really hot. I replied with confidence that I was from San Antonio and was used to spicy food. So he asked how I would like the meat cooked and left to place our order. The burger was great, BUT it was also VERY hot. Wow! I was in fire! So be careful what you ask for, because at Mac's you'll get it! My son had a regular, less adventurous burger.

“Great local find! The patio/beer garden is dog friendly with a fire pit, TVs and really nice comfortable seating, plus lawn games connect 4. There was a nicer wine selection than I was expecting for a local bar. The inside design was lovely.

New menu just started and fried chicken sandwich was so tasty!! Menu is small but everything we had was very good.

Parking: Street parking on Milwaukee is usually cutthroat and the side streets are permitted. If you can, take public transit.
