“We had a funeral luncheon today, perfect location for the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery- the set up/family style food they have specifically for this type of event is great- private area, pleanty of food, good food. But what made me come on to leave a review was the great waitress we had. She went above and beyond, finding out my daughter couldn't eat much because her wisdom teeth had been pulled last week, and got her pleanty of mashed potatoes, and she was able to take some to go too. I know it doesn't sound like much, but when your 13, you haven't been able to eat much for the past week, have to go to all day funeral services, and then a lunch where your not sure what you will be able to eat, her kindness was very much appreciated! Thank you!“

“Stayed at Harrah’s Casino in Joliet & food at the grill was terrible. Found The Old Fashioned Pancake House Restaurant on Jefferson St in Joliet the next morning and it was amazing. Service was quick, attentive and continuous. Food (breakfast) was simply outstanding and price was very good! I have traveled a lot and this place is a Five Star value in my book.“

“Best date night spot! I always get pink lemonade & chicken parm! We try different appetizers, the last time was the garlic cheese curds and they were exactly what I'd expect! So garlicy in the outside and gooey cheese on the inside. The staff is so friendly, the food is so delicious. Highly recommend trying to get a booth if you can! It's a whole different experience eating in their booth(although the table doesn't change the yummy food).“

“On Route 66 coming down from Chicago we stopped at this bar where in the parking lot you find reproductions of well-known actors and musicians so you can take a fun photo. And inside it is decorated like a bar from the 60s, with old objects and photos. Highly recommended“

The interior was beautifully decorated, with a small fountain, traditional Mexican pottery, and with gorgeous leather chairs that were reminiscent of something you'd find in a study in a Mexican ranch in the late 1890s. We're from out of town, and it was our first time there. The waiter actually came by to let us know that the kitchen was a bit behind schedule, and updated us on when the food would be coming out. He did this without us even complaining or asking (we were all having a great time catching up with an old family friend for his birthday), we'd honestly lost track of time in conversation. We all appreciated the waiter's transparency with the food delay. But it doesn't stop there: our waiter, once he heard that it was our friend's birthday, he sent the table a round of shots, and overall, just went completely above and beyond to make sure that we felt welcome and that we had a great time! We live over an hour and a half away, but I'm planning on making the drive again, later this summer with my family!

“Took a trip to chicago looking for a place to eat that wouldnt break my pockets but still trastes good thank God we stumbled on nikos pizzeria The best pizza in town! The pizza came out hot and fresh The classic pepporoni was my favorite and the chicken wings were so yummy! Definetly recomend you trying it out you want be dissapointed!“

“Convenient as it is located inside the hotel. Food was fair, nothing special and was a bit pricey due to being in the hotel as expected. Sat at the bar after dinner and the bar service was excellent. Jen was on duty and was friendly, professional and courteous. A big plus is the huge fire pit right outside the back door! It's wonderful to sit out there and enjoy a livation in a comfy chair.“

“On Feb 17 my granddaughter got married so we decided to go to Cracker Barrel previously I had spoke to the manager Angel to warn her 25-30 people were coming by the way she's awesome! The service was a bit slow. Today I had the gypsy skillet and substituted for the fruit. Better presentation. Server remembered me and was was very attentive. I hope to go back for their new dinner.
