“I had such a great experience stopping here for dinner. The service was incredibly polite, and they even brought my food right out to my table with a smile, which you don't always see at fast-service spots. The butterburger was juicy and fresh, but the real star was the frozen custard of the day; it was so thick and creamy that I finished the whole thing before I even left the parking lot. The entire place was spotless, from the condiment station to the seating area, making it a really comfortable spot to take a break and refuel.”

“I went to CHI for my goddaughter's birthday dinner. It was easy to find as it was on the main highway going through town. There was ample parking and the lot was in fairly good condition.
One seated, a server, whose sole responsibility was serving beverages, took care of us immediately. Their tea is extraordinarily strong and tasty. I'm a tea snob, so this got the meal off to a great start. Our server gave us time to read through the menus, while checking periodically to see if we were ready to order. The meals were flavorful. The servings were generous. The staff was unfailingly professional and polite.
If I had one concern, it was that the two-sided menu was a glossy black with very small print used for the description/lists of ingredients for each dish. As someone with marked vision impairment, it was a challenge to read.”

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!”

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.”
