I visited Chicago for about a week and tried plenty of restaurants in that time - from carts to michelin starred. I have to say that in my entire stay, the Art of Chicken takes the prize for my favorite meal.
They absolutely killed the pulled chicken sandwich and Mac n cheese (be sure to add their sauce to it)!!
While I was the only guest at the time, Mr. Christian behind the register made the effort to strike up convo and ensure that the hospitality was the icing on the cake.

“Went to Argyle nights and ordered the side pasta and two bowls. Absolutely amazing! I rushed over to FB so I can find them again! I will be eating here every Thursday till the end of summer!!“
“Had some brews at our favorite spot, Sketchbook Brewery in Skokie, and decided to order some tacos from here through Uber Eats. Noticed a few BOGO deals for Elotes as well as their Chicken Tinga. Ordered those as well as a few Steak Tacos (white onion and cilantro) and some tasty salsas (red and green). Steak was not super salty like most spots. Chicken Tinga was some of the juiciest I have had yet not super oily or drippy. Elotes were good and a bit different with what seemed like black pepper as a nice kick. Did not realize this place was a food truck/stand at a park. May check out the actual spot some time.“
