The staff attended to me right away and made a delicious mango smoothie that I ordered. It was very quick and simple, not to mention delicious! I'm so glad that this place is back in my local area. In Evanston, it might be harder to find parking, but when I went I got a spot right in front of there. The whole family loves Jamba! In fact, my two year old son said the word "Jamba" before he could say "Dada"! Wouldn't you believe that?! Classic family story. Anyhow, enough about me... come to Jamba!“

The only difficulty with the visit was that their online system/app wasn’t working which was needed to use a gift card; the initial response from their staff was acknowledgment and a shrug that I couldn’t order, and fortunately someone else stepped in to process the order.“

“Delicious boba tea! I had the Coconut milk tea with boba and my husband had the mango fruit with boba. This was our first time here! It was busy when we walked in with lines for those wanting to get there bubble / boba tea. There was a great menu of options to choose from and a nice sitting area to relax, and enjoy the drinks. Staff were quick and busy filling in the orders that were coming in. This is located in Chinatown near the Chinatown square. Great spot and delicious boba teas! We will definitely come back when we visit this area again!“

“I went here with my boyfriend yesterday and my server did an amazing job. Her name was Sarah B, bowls are absolutely delicious, beautifully made, good amount of extra Nutella, the açaí is a nice frozen smoothly flavor, the smoothie I had was fresh and filled with the right quantity and nicely blended. “I think the food and smoothies are consistent in flavor and quality. However, they are also consistently out of one or more empanada flavors, so I wish they had a method of showing an accurate menu instead of having to come and tell me that I have to choose a new flavor 5 minutes after paying. Service is slow, but that’s understandable considering there’s usually only one person working.“

Seating is very tight, maybe space for 10 at most. Decor and art are nice and the place has good vibes.
