“My daughter in law frequents this restaurant, often. Therefore, I decided to order shrimp boil for $14.99. I noticed there was an increase in prices. I believe it use to be $2.00 less. Anyway, I was greeted with a smile by a guy, don't know if he was the owner, and the cashier. He also gave a suggestion on the seasoning. It was cajun and lemon pepper..Nice customer service and the food was good.“
“Came in right as they opened on Friday for lunch. Ordered bbq gulf shrimp po boy, half fried chicken, biscuits, Cajun fries, and red beans and rice. Food came out hot, well seasoned, and delicious. Fried chicken was exceptional-- fluffy, light, and flavorful breading.Kid friendly atmosphere for lunch. Our toddler told us the red beans and rice were spicy but he kept going back for more.We'll be back for sure.“
“It's the highest rated bbq restaurant in the area and there's definitely a reason for it. The food was cooked to absolute perfection and the service was great. I definitely want to come back soon and not continue driving past it all the time“
“Service from reservations, to dinner and service at the event was excellent. Drinks are very reasonable and surprisingly not water down as you would find that other bars. Food was good. Making reservations was a breeze. Only downside that was extremely disappointing was the band was an hour and a half late to start. Don't know what the issue was with the band but I'm not sure how that could be the venues fault. we're definitely coming back again!“

“The food here is delicious! Omg never knew that tomato can be cooked the way they are here you must try them while visiting here! The are crispy and delicious! Cooked to perfection and yes try the wings are also good I really enjoying coming in to eat but some of the staff can be a bit rude. Not sure if it's just a Chicago thing but definitely rude other than that the place is well put together from the tables to the chairs and decor. The food a must try maybe next time I come visit I will try the fish it seems to be a good seller. Other than the staff not been friendly I really enjoy it here while visiting and will have to come back to eat the tomatoes ???..and the rice with the gumbo lol“
“A really nice family runs this place. Haven't experimented much with the Cajun aspect, but the curries are great. Great portion size and flavor and selection. The prices are a bit steep but getting to know and *getting to know* the people it goes towards helps.“

“I love love my food my suggestion I like my food hot so eating at the restaurant would definitely be better. I had no problem with warming it up a preparation I enjoyed I remove shell from my shrimp,I broke the crab pull the meat out dice the potatoes and pour the spicy sauce over the corn and almost hurt myself it was sooo good.“
