“I came here to get a footlong and the store was packed, very busy with only two people behind the counter. A nice gentlemen working the register and a lady, who seemed like the manager was making all the sandwiches while training the man. Overall you could tell they were both very very stressed but she was still so nice and made sure to tell everyone to have a nice day while walking out the door.“

“One of THE BEST subways to go to. The customer service is great! All the workers are kind and very polite! They always make my food perfect and I never feel rushed. Clean store, clean cold table, and they take coupons. I've gone in at lunch and I've gone in the evening and the customer service is great! “Man, I love myself some Jimmy John's, hands down my favorite sub shop. I ordered a #12 Giant and a B.L.T. Unwich w extra bacon, no shredded lettuce, $28.The young man that rang up our order seemed a little high or seriously preoccupied by the headset that was clearly too big for his head. We got the #12 sandwich and my B.L.T w extra bacon, but no chips or drink. I asked about it, and he just didn't hear me. He gave me a bag of chips and a water which was kind.Anyway, the shop was colder than Christmas, so we ate outside, which was nice.

“This Subway has seen a huge improvement in the last year. The folks working here are friendly and courteous to everyone. The previous group of people (perhaps another owner) were very unpleasant and not very sharp. They seemed to have a chip on their shoulders.
Now the display is clean, the food and vegetables are fresh and well stocked. The staff now smiles, they fulfill my request accurately without having to repeat myself. It's refreshing these days to go into a place where they treat the customers with respect. This is now the best Subway I've been into.“

“We love the sandwiches from Jimmy John's. They always do a good job here making our food right, but they do forget the pickle with our order a lot, LOL, including when we ordered this past weekend. I've called once in the past and they probably wrote my name down or something, but I always forget by the time I go back again, so I usually just don't bother to call. They still do better than most other food places around. It is a bit expensive to eat at Jimmy John's in general, though, so that's the only major downside.“
