“The best Steak 'n Shake I've had since covid lockdown. Other than the lack of service from employees because of the kisosk, they answered my questions and helped us with a really polite attitude. They were great and the food was great. I only put 4 stars in service because of the kiosks. Everything was great overall!“

“On our recent visit the food was very good and the service was great. We are a bit disappointed that bread is no longer available and neither are baked potatoes apparently. However the salmon and sirloin steak were delicious and we will return.“

“They were super busy when we arrived at the restaurant, and there was a line, so it took a little while to be seated. We were so hungry since we had just finished the Prairie Pedal Ride at Rock Springs. We had a very friendly waitress that kept our mugs full while we waited for our food.
Parking: We parked in the parking lot that is facing the restaurant.“

“was a little disappointed tonight. The crab legs were very small tonight, I got maybe 3 good bites out of my cluster. The Ultimate Feast is my go to dish and is one of the most expensive. Also Ceasar salad costs extra now. Everytime we go lately, it gets smaller and more expensive..“
