“My family and I stopped going to steak 'n shake 5 years ago after my then 3-year-old was given extremely undercooked chicken tenders. All of the local steak 'n shakes had gone downhill. However, my in-laws took both of my kids to our local steak 'n shake a few months back and since then we have been weekly visitors of the establishment. Not only has the management gotten exponentially better, but the food quality and overall presentation has been top-notch!“

“We've been here many times and for the most part never had a bad time. Tonight however, the food was especially good, and our server Brandon, he was great. The world needs more people like him.
