They should offer lodging for how long you will wait for food. After 20 minutes of sitting in the drive-through with two cars ahead of me I called them to see if they were even open since the line had not moved. Waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes and end up driving off. You could go to a sitdown restaurant and get stuff that’s not premade quicker than this establishment can do.
You probably shouldn’t advertise that you open at 10 am if you aren’t prepared to wait on customers. We walked in at 10:35 am to have the staff stare at us. Not one person greeted us or even acknowledged we were there until we were walking out the door.
We had lunch here on April 23rd. Our service was great. There was a new girl taking our order. Although you could tell she was new, she did a good job. We had to witness a rude customer treat all the staff poorly. The management was amazing trying to please a woman who just wanted to be rude. Other customers also told management they did well with the circumstances. We will definitely be back.
