Gotta love it when they value their customers. This looks all right. I ordered 16 piece with 4 drumsticks, 4 wings, 4 thighs, 4 breast, 2 mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw, and macaroni and cheese, additional 1 mashed potatoes and gravy, 1 macaroni and cheese, and 2 coleslaw, along with 6 free cookies. I received 16 piece with 4 drumsticks, 1 chicken tender, and 14 chicken wings, got 2 mashed potatoes and gravy, 3 macaroni and cheese, and 2 corn, no plates and no cookies. ordered on line today and half my food was missing and the rest cold and nasty...called and asked to talk to a manager and the guy said not my fault I didn't do it and said he could give me a code...never said for what...waited 2 minutes and got hung up on..called back and was told I am not in the moid for this today and hung up again..I called corporate and they are gonna send me a voucher that I will probably never use...they do not deserve my business
Every single time they don’t give us part of our order. My husband waited for 45 mins for food today and they forgot to give us an item AGAIN. Would have took another 45 mins to wait in line to get to the window again- can’t go in side- called 5 times…. No answer!
