Special shout to Fidela for being so nice I recieved a ticket i didn't have cash and she gave me a dollar to pay my fine if your in Sycamore I highly recommend you stop by. “This is my fav Starbucks at the dekalb-sycamore area. Everyone’s always super nice. Sometimes you have to wait a little, but it’s ok bc it’s Starbucks, obviously it’s gonna be busy sometimes. My drinks are always soooo good. I would def recommend“

They know me by name, remember my order and are the perfect crew to interact with as I start my day. The vibes are awesome and the customer service is top notch. I leave for work early so I got there about ten mins before they opened and figured I'd just look at my phone while I waited. The lovely young woman who took my order offered to help me right then, 10 mins before opening and was as kind and sweet as you could ask for.
