“Stopped in for a quick bite to eat and saw the Cuban advertisement on the front window. Went ahead and ordered before it looked and sounded really good. When the sando chef handed me the bag he asked if I had ever tried the Cuban and I reply no. Well he promised me that it would be the best sub I have ever had. By golly it was one helluva sub!!!!

“I came here to get a footlong and the store was packed, very busy with only two people behind the counter. A nice gentlemen working the register and a lady, who seemed like the manager was making all the sandwiches while training the man. “Came in to buy my 3-year-old daughter the best home cut fresh made fries around because she loves fries and as a surprise, the general manager bought. Very friendly woman working the register offered a cookie. I did leave a tip in the tip jar. This place is amazing, great food, great menu, great staff. “Man, I love myself some Jimmy John's, hands down my favorite sub shop. I ordered a #12 Giant and a B.L.T. Unwich w extra bacon, no shredded lettuce, $28.The young man that rang up our order seemed a little high or seriously preoccupied by the headset that was clearly too big for his head. We got the #12 sandwich and my B.L.T w extra bacon, but no chips or drink. I asked about it, and he just didn't hear me. He gave me a bag of chips and a water which was kind.Anyway, the shop was colder than Christmas, so we ate outside, which was nice.

“We love the sandwiches from Jimmy John's. They always do a good job here making our food right, but they do forget the pickle with our order a lot, LOL, including when we ordered this past weekend. I've called once in the past and they probably wrote my name down or something, but I always forget by the time I go back again, so I usually just don't bother to call. They still do better than most other food places around. It is a bit expensive to eat at Jimmy John's in general, though, so that's the only major downside.“
