“I was waiting for my cookies when I observed a worker who was rolling dough. She stepped away from the dough table, and went on her personal phone, then immediately went back to touching the dough. Wearing the same pair of gloves the entire time. I made a comment that she should probably switch gloves if she is going to touch her personal phone and then peoples food. Just wanted to be sure it doesn’t happen again. That’s gross.“

Heated brownies throughout (not all staff warm the brownies) the brownies are so soft with not too much Oreo, just the perfect amount of toppings every time. Good customer service & a delight.
