“This particular location gets it right. Always fresh, hot. The people are friendly.
You know how fried chicken places often serve cold greasy chicken, and it’s a regrettable choice but once in a while you get it fresh and it’s like “THIS is how it’s supposed to be.” That’s this location. I go about once a month. I used to get fried chicken maybe once a year.“

“Chicken and rice was delicious. Ordered “mild” and it was spicy, so no need to go spicier than that really, unless you like heat. Took a little while for the food to arrive. Patience required. It’s not fast food, more sit down. Robot brings out the food which is fun. Nice people.“

“Tried this place for a Saturday lunch and it was AMAZING. They were dealing with having the parking lot resealed so parking was scarce, but the EV spots allow all vehicle parking, so that was convenient.
We got the three corn dog deal and some cheese fries. Everything was delicious, the kids loved it, and we're definitely coming back to explore more of the menu.“

“I live in Los Angeles and was in Chicago area for a job. I ordered grilled chicken philly for lunch and it pretty good, ive traveled the country as a Truck driver and have to say this is a top 3 chicken philly in my opinion... highly recommend this place!“

“I drove 30 minutes to come try this place out AND OH MY GOODNESS I WAS BLOWN AWAY! The food is delicious! The staff is phenomenal! You also get a little cookie with every meal, and it was SPECTACULAR! The staff also informed us of the app and point system. Extremely nice people, extremely clean place, and reasonably priced good quality food. I will be coming back! Shoutout to Miracle Joy for being very sweet and helpful for my first time and shoutout to Jacey for helping us with the rewards system!“

“Extremely friendly staff, great flavourful food, and plenty of parking. This location is tucked away in an average business center, but wow does it pack a punch! Clean dining room, beautiful food presentation, and delicious Peri and Garlic sauce to compliment each dish.
Ask about seeing the prayer room tucked away past the soda fountain! What a novelty.“

“Reliably the best tasting chicken dinners in the region. It's not too spicy so you can taste the always well cooked but moist chicken. This has been a real treat for me to eat for over 50 years now. Nothing better than a bag of hot fritters for the long drive home. The Downers Grove Take Out restaurant has a bit of nostalgic equipment, but if they sold merch as well, they might do even better business.“

“Really really good fried chicken. Just order ahead of time or order in person and then shop at H Mart. Korean drama episodes and K-pop on the TVs. We always get golden original. Perfect spice level. Bone-in for my wife and I, boneless for the kids. Can’t forget pickled radish. Great french fries too. It’s really my kids’ favorite“

“I had place an order of boneless wings for an event around 3pm for it to be ready at 9:30pm. They were so kind to accomodate the time. Pretty much had the food ready as I got there. Ali, who attended me, was so kind and provided wonderful service and everyone at the event finished everything and thought it was delicious! I do want to point out that I have been going to Wing Snob for some bonesles wings and I gotta say that the batter at this Brown's Chicken was lighter and didn't make me feel so bloated. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you!“

“I want to take a moment to recognize Saleem and his team for going above and beyond to accommodate my order, even though it was placed on short notice. Saleem was extremely communicative throughout the process, kept me informed, and made sure the order was taken care of. I truly appreciate the effort and customer service.
This location also brings back great memories for me, as I have had many positive experiences eating here in the past. It’s always nice to return to a place that has been part of so many good experiences.
While there was some confusion regarding the advance notice required for larger same-day orders, I appreciate that the management team worked with me and ultimately made it happen. That willingness to accommodate the customer really made a difference.

“Love Popeyes never had a problem here, employers have always been very nice. just seems like they're inconsistent with their ingredients sometimes it's just okay sometimes it's great. Update 8-10-26 they made a mistake on last night's order, I think they went above and beyond for our inconvenience. Anna was great fixing the issue. Best customer service and care I've ever had at Popeyes or most fast food restaurants.“
