They have a good speaker that you can hear people when they'retalking to you about your order, and all of their menu is on avery nice and well litboard that you caneasily see when you're deciding what you want to buy.“

“I've never gone to Lee's fried chicken and received a bad meal before.I was just out done. The chicken was very dark, and I couldn't tell that the oil needed to be changed . The flour needed changing also. There were clumps of breading on the chicken. And in the box.If I did not live so far away , I would have returned it. We managed to eat it because it was late and it was edible . But not up to Lee's standards. I worked for the company before in a manager position. So I know the standards . That was not it.“

“My mother called to place a large order fot a babyshower and a man(sounded Caucasian) was very rude and hung up on. I called back after learning of this and asked for a manager. He said he was the manager, I then asked for OWNER he asked what did I want. I explained to him what he had just did..He said sure did and hung up on me. “The lobby was close approx. 7:10 PM CST. I'm grateful for the supervisor who showed patience when explaining they were short staffed. I was bit annoyed I wasn't able to come into the lobby to add a few sides to my order. The supervisor handle the situation with grace.“

“I was driving down West Florissant and needed to get gas and use the restroom, stopped at 2 gas stations, and neither one had a public restroom available. So I went to Lee's, and theirs was a lifesaver!!!The restroom was clean and smelled fresh!! I made a purchase and the food was hot and delicious!! “Hi! While sitting in line I had time to type this! Food and sauces are great for fast food as always ! But this is the slowest drive threw line I'v ever used in my life! The Hampton location still needs some work !“

“This place has good food items depending on what you order. I love their chicken wings. However the fish, not so much. But the service is good. They move quickly, no long waiting for your order. There is seating but I prefer to wait outside. They are quick for call in and online orders. Your food will be hot and ready when you arrive.“

“I usually go to the churches on North Grand but this time I went on North Kingshighways and the chicken was fresh my fried okra was cooked fresh also. And the customer service was pleasant. This is where I'll be going for now own. Now the only thing I notice that the chicken was smaller and that's everywhere and that's probably from us still dealing with the pandemic and that's not there fault. Keep up the Great Job.“

“Been years since I been inside this place for food, then when I seen it back open I went inside to order and what was a walk up window in front was gone and an entire bar magically appeared when I opened the door, didn't look anything like it used to look. I seen vinyl records on the he wall behind the DJ area that was by 1 of the front windows the other front window area looked like a small section for a dance floor. The Bar was in the Rear and yes the still serve the food. It was early afternoon if it was even past noon when I discovered the new renovated "Arkansas Fried Chicken" I can't wait to visit it at night. Ow & check it out.“
