We went to go and get our order and they had a huge slice of cheesecake waiting for us along with the tip in cash we had put on our order. “We actually had a fantastic time at Broadway oyster bar, which we always do. You always accommodate my wheelchair at the front table, which gives me easy access in and out since it is quite a truck to the bathroom because of having to leave the building and re-entering, but I don't mind that your venue is very much worth it. The food was fantastic last night. I had a Caesar salad and the rest of my party had full meals, but that was the best Caesar salad. I think I've ever had in the band LAKA of course is the absolute best even if she is one of my closest friends“

“We had a table reserved and arrived a few minutes early. The place was packed but they immediately seated us and were very attentive. We were quickly waited on, drinks showed up, order taken and food was on our table very timely. Friendly staff, excellent food and great prices. We could not have had a better experience. Our table enjoyed gumbo, shrimp and grits, and beans-and-rice dishes, along with excellent wine. We were there on a Thursday, when ambient noise was lower, so the music was a little loud for our table conversation, but we took dessert to go and thoroughly devoured that too. “We wanted Italian food and we decided to go on the hill to Zia‘s. We ordered pasta dishes, which was extremely nice portion size. The bread was delicious when you dip it in olive oil. I also had the French martini which was delicious. I think if you have a taste for Italian food pasta, you couldn’t find a better place.“

“It’s a semi nice lil spot but could use some HEAVY renovations. The crowd is older so I’m all for that the drinks are on point. However, on my last visit I was at the bar & I accidentally spilled my drink, while trying to pay, and the bartender informed she could remake it but there would be a $10 surcharge (mind you there is no signage of any kind around the bar stating this 🙄)to do so and that was on top of what the first drink cost plus the rest of my order. All I could do was laugh because I’d never heard of something so made up in my life, and for context I have over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry and I hold two degrees in culinary and hospitality management as well. So I guess common curiosity & customer service isn’t in the bartender employee handbook. I allowed her to remake it of course and paid the EXACT amount she asked as she stood there waiting for what could have been a tip I walked away. Please teach your bartenders proper customer service techniques and that common courtesy goes a long way.“

“THIS POST IS ABOUT THE HOLLYWOOD CASINO LOCATION.... I SAW NO OPTION TO REVIEW ON THAT PAGE. HOLLYWOOD CASINO CHARLIE GITTO's.... MELISSA IS AN AMBASSADOR TO YOUR BRAND!!!! After taking our Grandchildren for pics with Santa, we stopped at Charlie Gitto's and were WOWED by Melissa and her teammates. Our four grandkids; ages 13 to 1, were all treated with respect, acknowledged and included, and able to see for themselves what kind of great service they should both provide in their future careers and expect from the providers they choose. The food was great, (veal, steak, seafood pasta, calamari, mocktails and cocktails, apps to dessert all was wow.) The table was perfect for our needs. The kids weren't trapped in a booth so if they needed they could have gone to restroom... but they were never bored or impatient. Everything was timed perfectly. Our Middle fella could watch the kitchen while he anticipated his dessert. Melissa coordinated the food runners, bussers etc all while making sure we had all we needed for a wow evening. Seriously.. management... listen.. I don't know her but If I thought I could hire Melissa away... I'd try. Do what you need to keep her and people will keep coming back. My wife and our grandchildren were all very happy to have a dinner we won't forget. Bottom line... the kids talked more about dinner than they did about Santa. “Even tho i didn’t get any food because was door dashing but it smelled good and i came in for the first time being there and i am not a big fan of down town area like that but it was late like 10:30 pm and the lady that i spoke to although i didn’t get her name but she was phenomenal and she asked about me and had nice conversation for the little time that i was there and she did some for me i didn’t expect and left feeling butter then i came in but definitely will come back and get some food just because even tho im vegan, ima still support because we need more people like her and i know all good things will come to her“
