“I’m sorry but I don’t remember the young lady’s name who served me today. But I want to say that I watched her handle a crowd of customers like it wasn’t nothing. She did it with grace, a great attitude, patience, and was very efficient. And she was working alone. I’m ashamed to say that I don’t remember her name, but I remember her. She was great, and I’ve never seen a Subway employee manage a crowd of hungry people the way that she did. And she did it all with a smile and got everyone their food, in a timely fashion and prepared it nicely, without anyone having to wait to long. I so was inspired by her good attitude today that I’m going to be better about maintaining a positive attitude while doing my job. I hope management appreciates and values her. If not, shame on them. “Nice clean restaurant. Felt comfortable taking a lunch break here. They move fast and they were busy. Indian guy speaks Spanish ! He also gave a free cookie to a school teacher. Very cool guys working here.
