“If you are ever looking for some of the BEST TACOS in the South Suburbs-Harvey to be EXACT.. you have to stop at Al Vapor Taqueria. These are the best Steak tacos...Everything is cooked fresh. The owner Lucia and her son Sebastian are so nice. You will not be disappointed. I wish I took a picture of the tacos..but Trust me they are FYEEEEEE! Another winner the have excellent salsas and fresh chips...and Cauliflower, carrots and peppers...LIKE I SAID..FYEEE!!!! TRY THEM OUT, thank me later.????“

“Man these Tacos and Tortas are the best. Every time I am in the South suburbs I come here to grab some. They are cash only so come with cash. The guy's been working here forever. They just recently repainted and remodeled just a little bit. The food is the same from years ago when I was coming here. I'm glad they're back open“

“We pass this place plenty of times, when we went for tacos around the corner of it. Decided to stop in to give it a try. This is our new taco place! Steak, Pastor, Cecina and chorizo tacos are delicious! Carnitas they sometimes have on Sunday are the bomb. Pozole is delicious. Can't forget the nachos w/steak louded, couldn't wait until I got home, munched on them the whole way home.“

“I was at SSC for my son's graduation ceremony and was hungry, I tried to go to a birriera place down the block but they were closed. So I found this place and it exceeded my expectations. I was hoping for just some decent tacos but they were better than decent. Only problem now is, I live in Indiana, 30 minutes from here...so I'm gonna have to take a lil drive for these tacos again 😆! Carne asada, pastor and lengua tacos on homemade and regular corn tortillas were all delicious. The asada had a bit of a sweet flavor to it, I assume they might use oranges as a marinade idk, they were good either way.“

“Surprisingly for a hidden taco joint in a gas station, it’s great. I’ve had the tacos, burritos, and torta. The el pastor burrito is delicious! Their burrito tortilla is not like those thin stretchy flour tortillas, it’s great for burritos. The steak, lengua, and el pastor tacos are good too! The carnita taco is okay, not the best but it’s good. The torta is one of my go to’s. It can be a bit pricy but I think it’s worth it if you have the money to spend lol.“

“I don't know if it's the lack of good Mexican food in Hawaii, but this place was fantastic! It definitely hit the spot. I wouldn't think that Chicago has good Mexican food, being pretty far from Mexico, but it really does. Shows what I know. We got a total of four burritos, three tacos, two chips and salsa, and pico de gallo, and four large horchata. I'm pretty sure there is something that I left out but all of that only cost me $70. That was a fantastic deal. We called the head to order most of these items and when I got there I couldn't help but ordered a few more things. There were also specials of the day. I wish I'd seen that before ordering more stuff but either way it was worth it. Hopefully I get a chance to come back before I have to go back to Hawaii.

“This place has amazing tacos de carnitas !!!! The meat was so tender and juicy. No fat on the tacos I had. It’s a 20 min drive from my house in Gary but man it’s worth the drive. I highly recommend. I had 2 tacos de carnitas 1 asada 1 apastor and 1 large agua de Jamaica. Total was $18“

If you want to try the best Cabeza tacos of your life, you have to come to Tacos el Diablo. Located inside the Village of Robbins - open air market, a little of everything in one place. One of my co-workers recommended me to come here for tacos, but little did i know i'll be coming here often. For the last couple of months I've tried all different kinds of tacos on the menu. but the one thing i just cant get enough are the Tacos de Cabeza. I just cant wrap my head around how the meat is so delicious, tasty, and tender and packed with so much flavor. Every-time I come here, I come for one simple reason... to give my taste buds the bet experience in the world and to have the most mouthwatering tacos of my life. I would recommend Tacos el Diablo to everyone, if you are around the area of Blue Island the p is not too far for the best experience of your life. “Wow, this place just brought back some fond memories. I was a teenager, just learning to drive and have a little independence. My siblings, cousins and maybe a friend or 2 would go bowling with us and when we finished bowling we would grab a bite to eat afterwards. It was the only place at that time and those tacos hit the spot then and they hit the spot now. Definitely want to try the jerk and the turkey tacos next.“

“We ended up at this place by chance with 6 of us, ranging from teens to a grandma. All of us loved it. The tacos were really delicious. Grandma felt that the guacamole was too salty so the owner came out and apologized, made her a fresh batch to her liking AND removed it from the bill. Both food and service were top notch.
